Thanks for the recipe for lean cabbage soup with such verified proportions of products.
Although I do not have CF, my Zepter cookware gives the same cooking result as CF.
I will definitely cook!

To your health!
I myself do not like recipes where they write "two onions and one carrot".

And the recipe is really not very multi-cooker - you usually throw everything into it at once. But you cannot cook cabbage and potatoes together in sour cabbage soup.

Why not?
We have cabbage soup today
Put it all together
sauerkraut (washed) chopped potatoes, spices and sautéed carrots with onions
It turned out delicious.
Maybe we don't understand something? Can you explain please!

It is believed that in an acidic environment, potatoes become "oak". I myself have not tried to cook everything together, because I trust Pokhlebkin 100% (he writes about this, for example, in the book "National Cuisines of Our Peoples" chapter "Shchi"). Maybe, of course, this does not apply to multicooker - I think you can cook anything in them. Have you tried to cook separately and then compare which method is tastier?

The potatoes are completely boiled. Was very soft.
Before that, they cooked on gas, according to all the rules. The taste is about the same.
Only on a slow cooker I put everything together and after the allotted time I got the finished result.
Separately, I just washed the cabbage and fried the onions and carrots.
Your recipe has been adopted.
You never want to show off cooking cabbage soup aerobatics.
