Sweets "Zolotaya Niva"

Candy Zolotaya Niva

Ingredients

Sugar 2 tbsp.
Cocoa 4 tbsp. l.
Warm water 0.5 tbsp.

Cooking method

  • Mix everything and heat on the stove, stirring occasionally, without boiling until the sugar dissolves. Cool down.
  • Add:
  • 100 g butter (soft)
  • 3 cups milk powder (can be replaced with infant formula, in this case add less sugar. But, however, to taste)
  • 0.5 cups nuts (any chopped)
  • Make balls from the resulting mixture, roll in waffle crumbs (you can use coconut) and refrigerate.

Note

Nice candy, easy to make and eat. And most importantly, they probably do not contain all those wonderful thickeners, emulsifiers, stabilizers and other extremely "useful" components of modern confectionery.

It all looks quite convertible. You can even put it in a box and put it on the table. If he lives to the table, of course

I rolled some of the sweets in coconut flakes, and the other part in cookies ("Jubilee") ground in a blender and mixed with finely ground coffee.
