I also throw my 5 kopecks ...

I get an ideal bun with the following ratios: 600 gr. flour - 380-385 gr. of all liquid ingredients, usually 360 gr. water + 20-25 gr. vegetable oil. Moreover, I do not pour / pour flour and water strictly up to a gram, there is a spread of + - a few grams, but I try to adhere to the ratio. In my opinion and taste, this is the most optimal ratio to obtain an almost perfect hood in our stove. If you reduce the amount of liquid, then you will feel it at the work of the stove - the blade slows down and the engine is accordingly overloaded, therefore, various additional overtones may appear during kneading, in the form of squeaks, clinks, rattles, knocks, etc., etc. the bucket, in this case, jerks in different directions much more ...

Sugar and salt can creak in the same way, during kneading, if they rub against the bottom and walls of the stove, lumps are possible ... Therefore, I never use coarse salt. This is also very harmful for the anti-paring coating of the bucket, and will lead to its rapid destruction.

Now, in general, I first pour liquid ingredients into the bucket, then pour salt and sugar and gently stir them by hand, just holding the bucket on the weight, in a circular motion to dissolve. Then I pour in flour and yeast. I tried to lay the ingredients in a different sequence - I did not notice the difference in the final result, which means I think that I can do it as conveniently and efficiently as possible, only I always pour yeast on top of the flour. IMHO

Sorry, I have a different model, but the problem is urgent. That is, today there is no longer any problem, KP ordered to live long. This is exactly how it all started, I tried to add oil (where the mechanism is spinning). Over time, the creak became more frequent, but today, EVERYTHING! In short, the motor runs, but nothing spins, even without a paddle. I'm waiting for my husband, let him dig deeper, but after all, nothing is eternal! Here, just looking after an expensive one (I do not bake in HP, only in the oven) for kneading dough.
Tell me what husband diagnosed the deceased with HP? what happened to her?
Kamusik
OK! While I left for the garage, I need some kind of key to spin it.

how are you doing? what's up with hp?)))))

The diagnosis has been made! It's not so bad - the belt broke. I left for the dacha and there was no time to tackle this issue (where to buy). I glanced briefly, there is not one SC, I saw offers from individuals, but for a different model. But we also have a "fabulous" Barabashka bazaar, where everything should be! In short, the issue price is approximately 50-70 UAH. There is a hope that I will buy a belt, my husband will supply it himself.
So he then created incomprehensible sounds, like in the car! The only thing that my husband said was that it was necessary to disassemble almost all of the HP in order to get to it, but we already went through this - the same happened with the washing machine!

After lying down for 3 days, the bread begins to crumble wildly when slicing, and does not get stale ... I tried to add an egg - it does not improve the situation .... who will advise?
SergeiK
gleb_2000 - Eat faster ...

You do not need other people's advice, you will still stick to your opinion or you do not see them.

I already wrote before - keep bread in the refrigerator if it stays for a long time. You can also freeze sliced bread.

My "Borodinsky" bread is ready, all according to the recipe from the book + my settings on the "home baker".

Here's a kolobok turned out after the last kneading (cool as it seemed to me):

And the bread itself:
The paddle remained in the bucket, I didn't even have to pull it out. I'll show you the incision when it cools down.

I also bake Borodinsky according to a recipe from a book for a bread maker, but I changed the ratio of liquid and flour, the bread is more airy. I take as much liquid as indicated in the recipe, and all other ingredients are exactly 2 times less (including malt). Kolobok does not work, but the dough looks more correct (I studied Borodino bread on this site). I slightly changed the growth program for 3 - 15 minutes (the loaf comes out smoother), baking for 1 hour 15 minutes. I don't keep it warm, I pull it out right away, and it turns out to be a crisp crust (mine love to crunch). If you have any questions, ask, I will take a photo for comparison how I will bake.

Try a yeast that needs to be diluted with water. I like SAF-LEVURE active yeast for baking and drinks. Very fluffy bread comes out. And I wrote to the details right away, I still expect an answer from them. ... I bake while in the oven, knead the dough in a food processor. I don’t want to buy another bread maker, only a binaton, but I don’t see any sense in adding a bucket. Expensively.

alisauz, thanks for the advice. If your bucket is leaking, you can change the bushing or put bearings, but here you need a tool and very straight male hands.

In my case, the oil seal fell apart. But you can't change. And my husband looked, and they refused the service. Everything is riveted there. That is, if you open it, you will have to tear off the Teflon coating, after that it will still not be possible to use

Hello dear bakers!

Well, I also had serious problems with the stove ... The circlip of the shaft in the bucket scattered. The shaft fell out and this happened during the operation of the stove, since it was discovered already when I pulled out the bucket. And before that, the oil seal did not leak at all. It's a pity, if I can't repair it, then the stove is for a waste ... It is unrealistic to buy the same new bucket, they are not on sale anywhere ...

Can buy. The connection is standard. Suitable from bork, maxwell, moulinex. Take your bucket and ask the same in the service of these companies.
SergeiK
Thank you! I'll take it into account, it's just a little far from services ... I'm trying to repair it myself, if I can, I'll describe the process.

Can help someone like it is available
SergeiK
Thank you! There is such a thing. But they sell them only on the territory of Ukraine, and I am from Russia. If you just try to buy through a friend, but how the mail works now is unknown ...

Hello.
Maybe someone knows the technology of disassembly?
I removed the bottom, unscrewed the screws under the heating element, the screws under the cover, the control panel remained.
Below you can see two screws under the panel, maybe there are more of them, but how to get to them.
whether the glue holds the glass panel, or what kind of latches. everything is already moving, there is not much left. I don't want to leave traces of an autopsy.
