This is a miracle !!!
Everything that I wanted and wanted from the stove, in my opinion, is in it. And the most important thing in my opinion, by today's standards in the conditions of the financial crisis, is the ratio of the price - and all its qualities

Good afternoon, good people to all of you. Well, that happened !!! Probably all members of the forum have such a moment.
Yesterday we bought this wonderful mechanism - the Binatone BM2068 bread maker.
As I understand it, no one has yet. It took a very long time to choose. We read your forum. We went to shops and fairs. We watched, felt, touched. Everyone was waiting for the feeling that this stove is right for us. But they did not understand anything. Maybe my wife and I have different eyes and hands?
We haven’t surfed the Internet for a whole month. Everyone searched, searched, and finally saw her.
In the picture, this stove was beautiful. But I wanted to touch and look at it and touch it with my hands.
I went to the store. There was one available, but since the model is new and its storekeepers have never seen it themselves, they searched for a very long time where it lies. As soon as the box was opened, I immediately realized this was what I needed and asked to wrap it up.
Today we studied the instructions for it, but on the advice of the members of the forum, then they threw it aside and began to look for us to bake at first.
Well, how all novice bakers decided to stop at a simple white bread. We covered everything that was found in the house,
for an hour they drove the kolobok around the kitchen until he left the bucket. The program was restarted three times. Now he is baking, there is about an hour left, we are waiting for the results of our activities
I ask you to excuse me if I got in the wrong place with my belongings and joy

Just arrived and immediately decided to try the result of joint work
here is a photo of the bread:

though his cap has slipped slightly:

the taste is pleasant, the crust is crispy, the core is loose elastic, completely baked
I think that the first pancake was not baked, the debriefing was carried out, all the mistakes were sorted out and taken into account, thanks for the full explanation of our failures in this difficult and very necessary for all business Admin for her treatises on the basics of baking.

In order to get to know my wet nurse better, I was not too lazy, I sat next to her for 2 days, and made a so-called "working day photo" of my stove in all modes that I used when baking bread. Now I know when my next kneading ends, or one of the 3 stages of fermentation, or how much dough is kneaded in the dough mode and how much it stands, how much bread is baked in each mode, after how many minutes the oven will beep to add ingredients, when and in what operations the dough heating is turned on.
I think that this is very convenient for choosing the optimal modes of baking bread that are not in the instructions, for example, rye or darnytsky.

We bake bread constantly. There were no problems. Sometimes you make a mistake in the composition, when you measure it in haste, then there are jambs. I take recipes only from the site, I abandoned the book. I bake rye bread using programming

I can only advise, after a long study of this forum, that all models of bread makers are similar in their parameters to each other in most cases: in internal details, in their baking parameters, in external characteristics; because they are all going to the PRC.
We also wanted the stove to be metal, bake and knead everything, be programmable and cost reasonably.
But the stores offer only one and the same, widely known brands, stoves from Panasonic, Moulinex, Kenwood of old models and plus recently released new items from Bork, Tefal. As if there are no more other companies on the market. After a long search, I found several models for myself: Daewoo DI-9154; Vitesse VS-422; Binatone BM2068. All of them are much cheaper than the stoves imposed on us in every store, from manufacturers who are heard by everyone and are visible from all screens. Therefore, my wife and I have settled on the latest model Binatone BM 2068 and are very happy about it. We bake according to recipes from the forum, so far everything is working out.
Once again, do not think that I impose my oven on someone, I only advise on the basis that, during the search period, I felt all of them with my own hands, touched them, revised them, and therefore I have at least some idea of them and how they are made , although they are all gathered in one place according to the answers of the sellers themselves.
read the forum the choice is huge, which one will look good to you and take it, but it is better to watch everything live and touch

I looked through the instructions in Binaton-2068. I did not find the program there noodles / dumplings, there is only dough... How do you make dumplings?
Then the program surprised me ultra fast bread... What for? There is already a fast program bread
In recipes, everything is measured with cups, this method has not taken root for me ... Do you miss with koloboks? At first, I often "burned" on these cups until I started looking at grams.
Admin
The dough is not a problem to make on the Main program - just knead, then turn off and put it under the bowl for 20 minutes and you can roll out the dough.

Recipes in cups are not a problem, when you know that there are 150 grams of flour in a cup, and on the site we have a table of flour measures.

The baking recipes in this cake are very well selected in terms of ingredients and their quantity. The gingerbread man grips very well the first time. It is a rare case when the given recipes for x \ n correspond to reality.

Thank you, Admin, for answer.

But this is an important point and very significant!
Admin, do you have someone you know who already bakes on this HP?

Yes, still someone from the owners of this model can post a photo of bread?
And what is the shape of the bucket? Like a loaf, only narrower, more classic / shop or as wide as Delongy's?

I recently bought myself a Binatone BM2068. VERY happy !!!
For a long time I chose on the Internet on the forums and websites of manufacturers. I have a lot of Binatone equipment, although it is not widely used on the Russian market. And in vain. Very reliable in operation. The optimal combination of price and quality.
At my friend Moulinex, at a price 1.5 times more expensive, and in my opinion, bakes are worse, more capricious. Another friend has an expensive Panasonic. I did not notice any difference in baking, although it can bake baguettes. But to pay almost 3 times more for this is too much.
There is a really small drawback, even a drawback: a very short instruction manual. Few recipes. There are no recipes for muffins and desserts, but there are programs in the oven. But I take recipes from the site, or I customize the most common ones for a bakery.
I wanted to insert photos, but did not understand how.

So I did not mislead anyone - I wrote honestly and openly and showed the model x \ n

And if we assume that these two models are practically the same in their programs and properties ...
They differ only in the presence of two buckets and design.

It means that bread will be baked in the same way - you proved this with your photo of bread from another model (related)

Tovarischi, tell me who used the programming thread?

After reading the forums on rye bread for a long time, where you have to knead for a long time, then rise and bake
I exhibited programming in 3 stages:
1.dough mode, but after kneading (20 minutes) turned off the program completely
Quote: Nod1

The times indicated in all programs correspond to the factory settings, which are set by default: that is, the weight of the bread is 900 grams, the crust is medium.
8th program - 1 hour 30 minutes Kneading Doudh - Kneading and fermenting dough, no baking
Kneading 1 - 20 minutes
Fermentation 2 + heating - 30 minutes. During fermentation 2, after about 20 minutes, the paddle is slightly turned several times, probably to settle the dough.
Fermentation 3 + heating - 40 minutes
https://Mcooker-enn.tomathouse.com/in...ion=com_smf&topic=9516.15

2. again the dough mode, but without stopping it, let the cycle run to the end (kneading + rising)

3. Baking: program 10 - 1 hour, then add another 20-30 minutes
As a result, it turned out:
40 minutes kneading
1 hour 10 minutes rise
1 hour 20-30 minutes baking

Try it. Good luck

Hello forum users!

A few days ago I fired up the purchase of a bread machine, and since I had only an abstract idea of these devices, I began to collect information. A trip to a couple of nearby supermarkets for a conversation with consultants and many hours of searching on the Internet ... Right away I want to say a big thank you to all of you, because you have created an excellent forum that perfectly sanctifies the topic of bread makers!

So the day off came, and I, grounded in the collected information and armed with all the discount cards I have available, I went to buy that one ...
I aimed at a Moulinex OW3000 or 254 Panasonic, but it turned out quite differently ...

I rode, looked in different stores, asked the consultants again, but they only repeated the well-worn mass ***, power *** .... in general, not interesting. BUT!!! It's interesting to feel and touch everything yourself ...

So here they are Moulinex ... beautiful shiny but ...
collected as one in china. Well, okay, all the electronics are assembled in China and nothing ...
The lid is loose, but not all the lids on all Mulikakh ... Well, maybe that's how it should be. Although the education of a technical engineer in the brain said that gaps exist only either due to design flaws or deliberately, given the low quality of the equipment on which the device will be produced ...
The quality of the elements on some samples is simply awful - the remains of plastic from the forms, peeling control panels ...
NO!!! If in the second store I was still subconsciously persuading myself to buy the products of this company as having established itself, then already in the third one, I completely dismissed this company after seeing the long-awaited Panasonic !!!

Here it is - here the panels are better and the shape is stricter (not that I was against flying saucers and aliens, but flights into space and baking in our often not very large kitchens - these things are conceptually different and ergonomics here puts all the points). But the price ... almost $ 300 for the stove. I understand a couple of microcircuits well, let for a dollar, housing, capacity, etc., well, for another 20. El engine and a couple of sensors for another 25. And for what another 250? For a pretty name? Yes, the technique is good, I use it and I am satisfied, I appreciate its design and inverter technology, which, by the way, has not been implemented in HP, but to pay so much ... I would agree if it were not for one thing that stood nearby.

Regular rectangular shapes with smooth corners, a combination of stainless steel and glossy dark plastic, touch control and a large display. And it's all put together WELL! There is no backlash of the cover, no pieces of plastic left on the panels during casting. Here are just a company - Binatone ... I don't know anything about it. And then I remembered that the company is familiar. Hair dryer !!! I have a Binaton hair dryer working for 4 or 5 years, diligently daily killed by the female half of my family. After all, I forgot about it, because if something works properly, you don't even remember the company, let alone the model, but it’s worth breaking like that on everyone’s ears! But I didn’t know that this company was doing HP, I didn’t meet any reviews and characteristics. I started looking at the book. There is a programming function !!! These are the times. Not expected. Spun around and ... left, or rather drove to the next store, in order to gawk for 5 minutes at the same quality mulika and finally form the idea of buying Binatone.

So I bought it. Now stands in the kitchen and diligently kneads the dough for the first homemade bread.
First impressions:
Pros:
- Possibility of "programming", ie self-compilation of the baking program
- Austere and impressive design. Designers made a win-win move - the combination of stainless steel and glossy dark plastic looks incredible
- touch control. The control panel will be very easy to wipe
- large backlit screen
- illumination of the working chamber (eh, I remember reading how they wrote that they looked out the window with a flashlight))))

Only one minus:
English inscriptions on the control panel and display. Although thinking for the majority it does not matter anymore.

Like this.
Thanks to everyone who mastered so many letters. But I still hope that this information will be useful to someone.

Take the happy owner of the Binatone BM 2068 bread machine into your ranks. I have long dreamed about this miracle and finally got it on the DR :)
The first try was not very successful. Although my curiosity is to blame. When more than half of the time has passed, my curious nose climbed to look out the window and touched the turn off button with his elbow. As a result, I started the program again. The bread was baked, but it turned out to be low and with a hard crust. Baked recipe 3 (French). I downloaded it again today, so I'm waiting :)
I study the forum, collect recipes :)

The second time everything worked out perfectly. French bread with seeds and plain white bread with seeds too. They got up and turned out to be very beautiful. One drawback, it is eaten very quickly Very tasty

I bought this stove too ... I'm happy with the creepy bread she bakes wonderful, seemingly beautiful
When I chose, I read that she had a touch panel ... I thought that such as in the cartoon .. but no! cooler like the Kenwood 450 and they look very similar except that the Kenwood has a glass top cover. The illumination was pleasantly delighted, everything is perfectly visible and there is no need to open the stove at all.
The baking turns out to be much higher (compared to my Kenwood 250), although in time, for example, the main program is 25 minutes. shorter.
In general, I am very, very happy with my purchase for 700 UAH, which is just a mega-good purchase.

Unfortunately, I have no information, since I have a different model, just such a hp from a friend, he just told me this.

We got this device. Compared to the reviews of 2009, the language of the inscriptions on the control panel and on the display itself has changed, now it is Russian. A recipe for rye bread ("Borodinsky") with an example of programming mode 12 (now called "Home baker") has appeared in the booklet.

Of the shortcomings found immediately after the first turn-on - after turning on, the check mark lights up opposite the inscription 750 g, although all timer modes are clearly set to 900 g. The instructions say that after turning on the default mode is 900 g.

Nobody came across? I really hope that the markup on the panel of the Russian version is simply incorrectly applied. Now I am baking the first 750-gram loaf in the "900" mode. If everything works out, then my guess is correct, otherwise I will have to carry it back to the store. Although, who will now take it with traces of the first baking;)

I have never baked bread before, but it is not logical for mine that for 750 g it lights up 3 hours, and for 900 g - 2 hours 55 minutes. Obviously a program or markup error.

Yes, there is such an inaccuracy with the indication of the size of the loaf.
Here's what we got the first time according to the recipe from the book that is included. It's called "Classic White Bread". No special features: flour, water, yeast, oil, sugar, salt.
Based on 900 g. Mode - "Basic", crust - "medium", by weight of a loaf - "900 g". In the photo below, the cut looks a little damp, but this does not spoil the taste, and they did not wait for cooling. But for the future, we take note of the feature with an error in the weight indication, Fig knows him, it might be better if you bake for 5 minutes longer. Well, of course, it is necessary to lubricate the roof .... although we ourselves hardly had time to notice that it was pale. In general, there is no reason not to believe the enclosed recipe book.

From the instructions we tried (and everything worked out fine) white bread and French bread. French takes 45-50 minutes (depending on the size of the loaf) longer and is not as sweet as white bread. French feels a little denser when bitten. His wife liked him better.

From recipes from the forum yesterday I tried Darnitsky, but it didn’t work out, didn’t rise well and didn’t get baked, perhaps it didn’t translate the grams into cups correctly

I will experiment further, since I found rye flour after a short search.

PS Also, this Russian version of HP is accompanied by a handy book of recipes called "Selected Collection", just eyes run up

Yeah, thank you .... I'll have to try.
We tried the "simple white" from the book, but we reduced the sugar and put one and a half tbsp. spoons, then it turns out not so sweet and the hat was anointed with a shaken (not cold) egg before baking, it turned out beautifully. But in terms of structure, bread is still puffy ...

Even on a vskidku, there is oil in the recipe, can you add a little yeast? For example
we are now at the stage of completion based on the motives from the attached book "Berlin bread"

Cereal bread program, crust - "dark".
Caraway was removed from the recipe. We added kvass wort from a package (liquid) 1 tbsp. l. on trial.
Wheat flour - B / C. Rye - bakery, peeled.
Everything was mixed and rose quite normally, slightly lower than "classic white" and "plain white" but not critical. Before baking, greased the top with an egg (carefully). Drafts are excluded, the egg is not cold, the movements are "super-gentle". But the top of the opal is still right after this action. They agreed on the opinion that it was not necessary to touch. But let's see how it was baked ... it may be necessary to select +/- by water, if the taste suits.

I will experiment further, since I found rye flour after a short search.
PS Also, this Russian version of HP is accompanied by a handy book of recipes called "Selected Collection", just eyes run up
It is necessary to knead a thread of sweet ... And this book seems to be with all the binatons now.

From recipes from the forum yesterday I tried Darnitsky, but it didn't work out, got up badly and didn't get drunk, possibly wrongly translated grams into cups
By the way, do you weigh flour or measure it in glasses?
We have checked here on inaccurate mechanical scales "900 gr." The weight of bread stubbornly goes off scale under 1100 grams. Libra, of course, lies, but not to that extent.
On this forum more than once talked about electronic scales. So we tried to check the weight, the volume is approximately. We measured the cup from the set on the scale "ml" the difference with all available volume measuring devices (including a faceted glass of the USSR) is plus 25 - 30 ml of water. Accordingly, an error is obtained in the "+" for flour, but there it is already less perceptible to the eye, although it is noticeable on a bun, water was added at a tablespoon, otherwise dry. As a result, when laying flour and water, we have (in this particular case!) general mass and perhaps not quite "correct" but still an acceptable result. The measuring spoons are quite accurate, there are no disagreements with the beaker.

Tried from a book based on "charlotte with walnuts"
There were no walnuts and nutmeg, we did without them.
In general, not bad, but in my opinion a bit too much cinnamon 1/2 tsp. (in this case).
Mode 4 (fast), the crust is dark.
Not very sweet, but quite edible.
The photo shows the costs of a not very high-quality batch. I think after the first stirring, you should intervene and push the flour out of the corners and edges. But fig knows it, maybe everything will be different with nuts than in this case, and it is probably better to put the crust on "light".

Hello dear bakers!
Tell me, what are the dimensions of Binaton - 2068? I can't find it on the net.
At first I wanted to buy 2169, but in the topic about this model I read that it has a length of 47 cm, it does not suit me.

Greetings!
Here are the dimensions of the Binaton - 2068 stove:
323 mm - height, 371 - length, 226 - width, + 18 mm protrusions: handle at the front - 6 mm and cover fixing - at the back - 12 mm.
Well, it looks more pleasant in life than in the photographs of trading organizations (that's after all .... damn .... too lazy to move your asses) There is also a power switch, there is a key on the back panel.Everything is assembled as a whole is relatively neat, the truth has not yet seen what is inside.

Thank you! : girl_curtsey: I now have Binatone BM 1068, I liked it, it is convenient, compact, I want to give it to my mother, and take it for myself with the "Home baker" function. It turns out that the sizes of 1068 and 2068 are almost the same, which suits me very much.

Hello everybody)
I recently use the binatone bm-2068 stove, I'm happy with everything - the delayed start is especially convenient)
but here is such a question - how in the "home baker" mode [where the time of all stages is independently selected] to set a delayed start? - I rummaged through the entire instruction and did not find an answer (
if there is an answer, I will be very grateful) and you can do it in more detail - right where to press and so on ...
I'm really, really looking forward to an answer, I would put it in the evening ..)
thank you in advance)

Greetings.
So, this doesn't work, does it? p. 6, p. 5:
"After setting the desired program, choosing the crust color and the size of the loaf, press the button timer... A beep sounds and the current delay time setting flashes. Hold the button until the desired time interval is set ..... "
It seems to be working ...
