Speckled today. A little off-label: sl. butter replaced with cottage cheese, flour 210g, sugar 150g, soda 1h. l. without a top, pears (they were small, cut in half, peeled the seeds and tails, did not remove the peel, folded in 2 layers) about 800g. Very good!

I baked with cherries, instead of kefir, I took slightly sour sour cream, added 2 tablespoons of cocoa to the dough, everything else according to the recipe. The finished pie was poured with sour cream and sugar and sprinkled with grated chocolate. It turned out very tasty!
