Well, I think I’ve exhausted a pound of flour ...
I decided to bake it, specially recalculated 240 ml into grams, and as a result I got a lot of fun: I measured flour not on the scale of ml, but on the scale of grams! in general, it turned out to be a fairly liquid mass (but it tastes delicious) - I put it in the cartoon and wait ...

happened!!!
I did not expect a positive result, and in vain - the bread came out very worthy! true, not as yellow as in the picture (I can't find the reason yet), but very fluffy and very tasty! I share a recipe (sorry, initially I measured flour in the wrong units) for a multicooker:

corn flour - 400 gr
baking powder - 1 sachet of Dr. Oetker (10 g), it says "designed for 500 g of flour"
soda - 0.5 tsp.
sugar - 4 tbsp. l.
salt - 2 tsp
stir well

corn flour - 150 gr
brew with boiling water - 150-160 ml
curdled milk - 350 ml
milk (to wash the cup of curdled milk) - 20-30 ml
2 eggs, shake lightly
vegetable oil - 4 tbsp. l.
stir and add dry mixture

the consistency of thick sour cream is obtained. grease a saucepan with vegetable oil, pour out the dough and put the oven for 65 minutes. beep - put another 40 minutes. squeak - leave on heating for 10 minutes. Now you can take it out.
I opened the multicooker at the 15th minute of baking, at the 45th minute and 20 minutes before the end of baking - the dough did not settle.

thanks for the recipe! and good bread to all !!!

GrySha, I want to try your recipe, tell me at what temperature in the oven it should be baked?
GruSha

for a multicooker:

A land mine! Would you like to try this bread in a bread maker?
Multi is not ... but the oven .......... I have not yet ripened ...
I like your bread very, very much!
You are welcome!

I already did this, but I don't remember where I posted it ...
I give my two options, they are recorded in electronic form
option 1:
sour milk - 200 ml
milk - 100 ml
butter - 75g
sugar - 3 tbsp. l.
salt - 1 tsp.
egg - 1 pc.
yeast (saf-moment) - 2h. l.
wheat flour - 430 gr
corn flour - 150 gr
sesame seeds - 40 gr
(milk was 1.5%, sesame was added in a beeper, butter, salt and sugar were dissolved in hot milk, all the flour was sifted, corn flour was sifted immediately into a bucket, onto a lukewarm liquid)
option 2:
curdled milk - 150ml
sour milk - 170 ml
butter - 75g
sugar - 2 tbsp. l.
salt - 1 tsp.
egg - 1 pc.
yeast (saf moment) - 1.5 hours l.
wheat flour - 490 gr
corn flour - 150 gr

Both options are the "whole grain" program, which is preheated for half an hour, but you can also bake in normal mode, there is not much difference. Size - 1 kg, crust - dark.

I read the recipe and I don’t understand why put both baking powder and baking soda, because baking powder already contains soda, it’s not easier to put more slaked soda than baking powder with an incomprehensible composition
Melomanka
I baked it, tried to stick to the recipe. But since.an allergy to chicken eggs laid 4 quail. Everything else is as expected. I liked the consistency. But! I didn't like the fact that the bread turned out to be very sweet and salty. In addition, the taste of soda is strongly felt. : oAnd I have a similar question. Why lay down both baking soda and baking powder? Can you get by with just soda? Can I quench it with vinegar?

Sorry to interfere, but soda is usually put to extinguish acid (in kefir, yogurt, sour cream, etc.), and baking powder for flour, for raising the dough
Newbie
Soda with the same success and will raise the flour
Alex100
Soda is used in baked goods for rising, quenched with lemon juice or vinegar (so that there is no smell and taste of soda). Baking powder performs the same function, only you do not need to add anything to it
Why combine them)))

Is a cup 240 ml? Do I understand correctly that the 3rd post does not recount the recipe, but another recipe?
GruSha
Sota, yes, the above is another recipe. A glass of 240 ml

Gulsine, here's my bread! Thank you for a very NECESSARY recipe, everything worked out wonderfully. The taste, however, looks more like a cupcake. The recipe was taken into service, I just decided that if there is a cupcake for tea, I will increase the amount of sugar, and if there is bread, I will decrease it!
