I don’t know about Shinbo, but Elby’s saucepan let me down. And nowhere to buy a spare one, since this model has been discontinued.
maola
Discontinued? Well I do not know. A friend of mine ordered the Elby pressure cooker from Alexander. Because they seem to be going to him. Maybe they will become more reliable in automation? Is that why there was a supply interruption? And I can find out about spare pans. Now he still has nothing to say. I myself do not know yet. Maybe the saucepans will be better? How will I get it, unsubscribe.
Because, to be honest, Shinbo, there are no words, a wonderful saucepan. And the family does not say anything, they are happy with all the cooking. But as for me, in Elbochka for some reason it was tastier.

Hello colleagues-owners!
Sadness happened to my bowl - the coating seems to look decent, but food sticks to death at the bottom. Only soups without problems, but this is not the case!
I would be grateful for advice on purchasing a bowl suitable for Elby. And the sealing rings do not interfere with refreshing

While you find a new saucepan, try to wipe the old one after washing, grease the bottom with vegetable oil, let it stand, then grease it again, warm it up, let it cool and wipe it dry. I dry with a paper towel. I have not burned to the bottom of anything since I keep it oiled. I hope yours will help too.

I have had a pressure cooker for a little over a year now - it only sticks if you try to bake something - like a casserole or pizza, but otherwise it never burns, although the bottom of the saucepan turned brownish and would not say that it was perfectly smooth as when it was new. But although I have a new spare saucepan for Elby, I still do not take it and the old one is still fine - I just don’t bake in Elby.
Regarding the saucepan: I tried on a saucepan from the Comfort pressure cooker in Elby (which is sold in Metro) - it fits perfectly - it can search for Comfort services - it may be sold, but generally they promise to sell again to Elby - maybe the saucepans will appear again.

I cooked such stuffed zucchini:

Multicooker-pressure cooker Elbee Naomi 25005

Multicooker-pressure cooker Elbee Naomi 25005

In a saucepan of a pressure cooker on the "baking" mode, fry chopped onions in vegetable oil, add chopped carrots (proportions - whoever likes it). add 1-2 tbsp. tablespoons of tomato paste, add 3 multi-glasses of boiling water, salt.
Prepared for stuffing zucchini (the zucchini were medium in size, so I cut each zucchini into two "hemp" and took out the middle with a teaspoon so as to form a cup) stuff with minced meat. I had a filling: raw rice "parboiled" (I didn't boil rice in advance - everything cooks quickly in a pressure cooker), a couple of champignons, carrots, minced pork and beef, spices to taste.
Gently put our zucchini standing with the minced meat up in the gravy, which we cooked in the pressure cooker. The photo shows that the filling was up to half of the zucchini. Close, quenching mode 15-20 minutes.

Have any new models appeared?

Multicooker-pressure cooker Elbee Naomi 25005
One like with electronic control, and the other with mechanics, but a saucepan with a ceramic coating (it is written so at least). I wrote a request on the Elby website about these models, I don't know if they will answer or not
azaza
So is this a saucepan for old models, or for new ones? What if the new saucepans have a slightly different size?
SeredaG
For these models, the photos of which I posted, I asked the author of the ad on Kidstaff about saucepans and spare O-rings. He replied that they are an online store and they do not have access to spare parts, they say in the service center you can ask yourself
googled everything ... no one has such models except them
There is no response from Elby's website yet.

And Rybka asked, it seems, according to the old model, indeed.
azaza
Clear. Well, we'll wait for an answer from the office. site. Pressure cookers are interesting, especially with fur. management liked it. There is a similar Dex, but he has a timer for only 30 minutes, and here it seems like everything is 99 If there are also spare wheels - generally super!

You'd better tell us about spare pots for new models!

pots and O-rings usually come later, since the model has only appeared on the market for a week and we do not receive spare accessories separately, but I will talk to the manager so that, if possible, we get them first (usually this is how we are regional representatives of this company)
fronya40
And what is their pressure - both lower and upper?
fronya40
I was told this is that the ceramic coating looks very much like enamel, and it is thin. and again these terrible doubts!
fronya40
Well nobody bought new Elbies ??? I saw her, but not with a ceramic pan. but at first glance, I did not appreciate it positively, that is, I did not buy it. maybe I'm wrong?? the bowl is thin ...
azaza
Tan, bowls are thin on all pressure cookers. Even the vaunted Dex's soon-saucepan is much thinner than a cartoon one. But in the case of Dex, thinner doesn't mean worse (yet!). The coating is identical to the cartoon, loses exclusively in thickness. Whether this will affect the wear resistance of the saucepan - time will tell.
I think so, the most important thing in pressure cookers is the ability to buy additional. saucepan. In old Elbochki there was such an opportunity. And this, as far as I know, is the only case today when you can buy a spare tire for a pressure cooker. Right now, it seems like there was still a stainless steel for the soon-Mulinex, but it has not yet been put on stream. Yes, and it's worth Mula oh-oh-oh, two and a half Elbochki can be bought.
In general, if not in a hurry, it is better to wait for additional. saucepans. What brand is the first to hurry up with spare parts - then take it.
In Russia, the situation is radically different. If our electric pressure cookers until recently were represented only by Moulinex and old Elba, who died in Bose, then there were heaps of models of pressure cookers, and for a long time and everywhere. Now the supply of supplies has been established, if not for all models, then for the majority. Plus there is an opportunity to buy additional. silicone rings (it is these rings that, after a while of using the pressure cooker, begin to emit a not quite appetizing smell). We are very, very far from such broad opportunities. Brand won in the near future promises to please with a stainless steel for a pressure cooker. We should at least wait for non-sticks - and that happiness would be.
Manufacturers, ay! Hear us! We need replacement pots !!!
fronya40
Azaza, and about the ceramic bowl, the seller told me that it looks more like an enamel bowl. In general, Tanyukha. I was so confused that I gave up Dex and Alby. And I thought, maybe I’ll watch it, maybe my cartoon will be enough for me ...

Fronyushko, here I am in no hurry. Because promises cannot be touched or bought. First, give me a spare wheel, then I'll buy a pressure cooker for it. me closed. Until then, fron, let's wait together

About the lid, which crawls up and down.

My old model is the same, and all this type of pressure cooker also has everything. If the O-ring is fitted correctly and the ROTARY VALVE is CLOSED, then after the pressure has been built up, the cap is firmly locked, if you are sure.that the ring was dressed correctly and everything that needs to be closed, then after you saw that the steam is noisy - pull the lid closed a couple of times up and then press down sharply - the valve (the one that is the iron column) will take its place and will not give more turn the lid until the steam is completely drained.

Here, it seems to me, is different - the lid is yes, it crawls for everyone, it, by definition, cannot fit snugly to the pan, but it, unlike mine, rises TOO high, while the valve is in place, the seal is put on correctly , the lid itself does NOT turn during heating, but the steam pours like bad around the entire circumference of the lid !!! I think I understood what the joke is ... I don't know how to explain ... in short, the lid is closed (screwed) onto the edges bent inward (like petals), in my SV they are bent almost at a right angle, and in the neighbor's room they are slightly turned away, due to this, insufficient adhesion to the seal ...
I didn't go for my SV today, it didn't work out, although I really wanted to, my son will pick it up tomorrow, otherwise I got sick, then we'll see where the dog rummaged.

I answer the differences between the old model 25003 and 25004 - more modern design - prettier; Russian menu, but somehow confusing, although I did not "talk" with her for long (25004), maybe just out of habit; both electronic; the saucepan differs from the old transverse ledge along the entire circumference, on which a steamer is placed in the form of a stainless steel disc with holes (I thought it would be in the form of a basket, as in MV Polaris, Viscount), well, what else ... this steamer, on which the seal is put on, removed with a small metal pin on the side., and not a silicone one in the center, as in the old SV. And so, everything is the same. And they are the same in size.

Is it possible to somehow manage to bake in 25004 and 25005?

Of course, you just need to understand the temperature conditions of each program, but pressure cookers are baked, naturally, without pressure, so ... does it make sense to bake them ?! I bake ONLY "chocolate on boiling water" and ONLY in Polaris (I bought it for this), the rest is in the oven.

Hello everyone ... Take the new Elby 25005 into the ranks of the owners?
Yesterday they brought this miracle from an Internet store ... I'm just shocked by the mechanics and a passport with a description ...
My husband and I have a higher technical education - we all analyzed the instructions ...
Who has one?
Regarding the setting of program6, is there mechanics and probably only the temperature is set?
Yesterday I cooked a roast at home: potatoes + kurgruda + carrots + onions + peppers. big + tomato ...
bulbs (modes) from heating to pressure and back blinking ... I did not hear the characteristic sound-signal ???
I called the store ... they said that since you used - replacement only through the warranty workshop ...
I will try this miracle technique today ...
Then I'll write to everyone ... I'm from Kiev ...

I have not seen this pressure cooker, but from the experience of cooking I guess that it is not the temperature that is set, but the cooking time. And the mechanics are not bad at all! Electronics can refuse, but in mechanics, in principle, there is nothing to refuse.
But the absence of a sound signal is, of course, a minus. But not so critical. The main thing is that the saucepan coating is good, durable.
You are the first owner of a mechanical Elbochka here. Tell us more about it, we are very interested!
And maybe you shouldn't give up the assistant because of the lack of a signal?

I also found about 25005:
The online store shares with customers its original recipes for Elbee multicooker dishes. Attention! Since cooking in Elbee multicooker takes place under pressure, like a pressure cooker, the recipes for conventional multicooker are not suitable here. All dishes are mainly prepared in 25-35 minutes (borscht, pilaf, meat). The Elbee multicooker comes with its own recipe book.

Chicken in its own juice - in a multicooker Elbee 25005

Products:
Chicken -1-1.5 kg,
Garlic - 2-3 cloves,
Onions - 2-3 large heads,
Carrots - 2 pcs,
Vegetable oil - 1 tbsp. the spoon,
Spices - salt, ground black pepper, black peppercorns, Provencal herbs, bay leaf.
Carefully remove the remnants of small feathers from the chicken carcass, rinse well, dry with a paper towel. Cut into portions.
Squeeze the garlic in a garlic bowl, mix with salt. Grate chicken pieces with this mixture, pepper. Leave to marinate for ½ hour.
Cut the onion into half rings, carrots into large cubes.
Pour vegetable oil into a slow cooker, put onions, carrots, chicken, move everything well. Add 2 bay leaves, 4-5 black peppercorns, ¼ teaspoon of Provencal herbs. Mix. Cook in RICE mode, (PLOV). During cooking, the chicken will let out juice, which, after cooling, turns into jelly. It can be served both hot and cold.
If you don't like onions, you can cook this dish without onions and carrots. Use this recipe as a base for various chicken dishes, add different vegetables (tomatoes, bell peppers) and spices (curry, hops-suneli) and you will always have a new original dish.

And now the "selfish" question: have you tested your Elby? What can you say? Were there any problems? Mine is in the post office and I just can't go to pick it up - I have a flu, but what problem did my neighbor have with this 25004, I wrote above, so I wonder - are they all "like this" or is it her marriage? And yet, if it's not difficult, please throw off the NORMAL instructions for me.

: girl_claping: For reasons beyond my control, I have not yet used my Elbochka. But she turned the Internet upside down and realized that 25004 is more a pressure cooker than a multicooker. No one has written about it yet, but I've already downloaded a bunch of recipes for pressure cookers. Judging by what the girls write about pressure cookers, they can be used for frying, even for baking. for yoghurt. But still, cooking is only under pressure, which is much faster than in a multicooker. And one more thing: I met the advice that it is necessary to boil the milk for the first time, so that later there would be no stains in the saucepan.
Asked a question about spare saucepans. They told me that they would find out and inform me. So far - silence.
tanyamanya
And why do they write that this is a "slow cooker" ...I never really understood the difference: pressure cookers and multicooker ...
And if I don't have a baking function: girl_cray1: ki ???
drakusja
Why they write - I don't know. But the girls write that they bake in porridge. I don't have any pastries either. Eat: rice porridge, soup, stewing, meat, potatoes, steaming.
drakusja
I forgot to write. The difference: the pressure cooker cooks everything under pressure and rather than a multicooker. And as soon as possible, then there should be more nutrients.
tanyamanya
And if we open the valve, then the pressure goes away - and there will be a multicooker? So my valve is changing ... to release steam ... I'm confused ...
And I want what to bake like a gingerbread or a biscuit ..... on porridge ??? is it 30 = 50 min ???
azaza
Girls, pressure cooker - not a multicooker! Even if it is called a multicooker-pressure cooker, it is essentially exclusively sooncooking! A multicooker is called only because of the presence of a bunch of modes. But the modes in the pressure cooker differ from each other only in duration, but not in temperature or any special schedules. Thanks to the pressure, everything gets ready faster, it's true. On my own I will add - and tastier.
But a pressure cooker can only cook under pressure, and without pressure, it can only fry food and bake. The multicooker (real) has more functions, and they are different. The devices are fundamentally different, you cannot compare them with each other. In some ways the pressure cooker is better, in others - multi. Ideally, both are needed. But don't be discouraged, even if because of the name you were hoping to get two in one. The pressure cooker is a wonderful thing, you just need to make friends with it. She's no worse than multi, she's just different. The main thing is that the pots are of high quality. And it would be nice if there were spare ones. Then you will forget about sorrows altogether
drakusja
And we do not compare. We are just trying to understand why our pressure cooker was called a multicooker.
And even those who have a multicooker write that food from a pressure cooker is tastier.
And what does "having a bunch of modes" mean? After all, Elbochka also has a delayed start and the ability to adjust the cooking time.
azaza
Quote: drakusja

And what does "having a bunch of modes" mean? After all, Elbochka also has a delayed start and the ability to adjust the cooking time.
This is why it is called a multicooker-pressure cooker: they say, and with a delay it can, and fry a can, and an oven can, and boil, steam, stew, etc. And in fact, frying with an open lid, baking with a closed, without pressure, and then one temperature, but with different times. The delayed start of the pressure cooker is needed like a priest's button accordion - personally I would not leave her unattended, even though she is smart. And most importantly, this is not necessary because everything is done quickly enough. But there is and is - hi bude, does not ask for food. I also have it in Polaris, but I still don't know how it turns on.
And a slow cooker can do a lot, bigger than a pressure cooker, but it doesn't cook as fast as a pressure cooker. I say the same - the units are wonderful, one that the other, and both are necessary in the economy. My pressure cooker is breathing in incense, so I look at Elbochka, although without a pressure cooker, it would seem, there are enough helpers in the kitchen. But no, not enough.
Nataly_N
girls, does anyone have a normal instruction for 25005? otherwise I don't have much in the kit, nothing is really written about the delayed start, about the pressure ...
Guylechka
drakusja! And I have already tested mine - all the way, the flight went fine. First, I "boiled" water to check the condition, and then the potatoes in jacket "uniform" - 4 min. Now I look at them (25003 and 25004) and I don’t know which one to give - I’m used to my old one and it’s in perfect condition, the new one has a steamer grill and a Russian menu ... goes to the SC for examination. The seller at Kidstaff said if the SC writes the act, then she will change.
