Ingredients

Wheat flour 400g.
Pumpkin puree 180g.
Cottage cheese 50g.
Fresh yeast 10g.
Sugar 40g.
Salt 1c. l. incomplete
Softened butter 40g.
Egg 1 PC.

Cooking method

  • Peel the pumpkin, cut into pieces, steam it, make a puree.

  • Grind yeast with sugar. Pour the bucket onto the bottom. Put pumpkin, cottage cheese, egg, butter, 200g there. flour and turn on the kneading of any program for a few minutes.

  • When the mass becomes homogeneous, turn off the HP, add 200g. flour, salt. Dough mode. After kneading the HP, turn it off and leave the dough in the HP to increase it by 2 times (about 1 hour - 1.5 hours, during this time my bread rose to the edge of the bucket).

  • Then turn on the "Baking" mode for 1 hour, medium crust.

True, the liquid still turned out to be not enough - for my flour, characteristic "influxes" formed on the surface of the loaf (that's why I don't show it closer - it's scary). Although, I added 2 tables. spoons of pumpkin broth, it could have been more ... I will improve, bring the appearance of the bread to perfection - like yours.

I have a large bucket in HP and 400 g of flour loses the bun in it, so I baked it for 600 g, there was no cottage cheese, I replaced it with thick kefir, and the rest according to the recipe Khlebushk turned out to be very tasty, tender crumb and beautiful (though the roof is a little hilly, but does not affect the taste)
