Note

Hello!

I also want to share my little bakery story. I'm still quite a beginner, my experience is estimated at one week of baking bread in a Panasonic SD-257 bread maker.
How did I get it? My little sister gave it to me completely unexpectedly for my birthday. I gave it and said - it's great to bake bread at home, try it) Twice I didn't succeed, I was upset, but did not give up. For some reason, the bread did not rise, the roof was completely dropped. I decided that I was doing something wrong in the recipe, but what? Studying the Internet led me here to your site. Then I realized, after reading a lot of different information, that I needed to buy a scale. But I could not buy scales in the nearest stores and I decided to go a more complicated way - to calculations, converting milliliters to grams. I will not tell you for a long time how I recounted all this, but the result was not long in coming))))
Naturally, I baked the most ordinary white bread. According to the recipe that was in the instructions for the bread maker.
And lo and behold !!!!!! It turned out !!!!!!
All my men praised me and now they are waiting for delicious fresh white bread every day!))

Davli
very tasty bread and aromatic!
Condensed milk
Yes, the bread is delicious, but instead of vegetable oil, I put butter.
Bird Sirin
Excellent result!
I also baked my very first bread in a bread maker with milk. And also instead of butter (for lack of a home) I added vegetable oil (olive). I chose a small loaf size, it turned out to be lopsided, but the taste did not disappoint. And as a base for hot cheese sandwiches (in the roaster) worked great.
The recipe is successful, now I want to bake a bigger loaf and with butter (as in the instructions).
Happy breads !!!

I lost the book with recipes from the stove when moving, I thought everything, the stove will stand.
However, this site saved me. Today I baked breads according to this recipe. It turned out great !!
I added 400 ml of milk only. Climbed great, above the baking dish. The bread turned out to be very aromatic and lush.

I thought, maybe add a little more sugar (+1 spoon) and cinnamon. This makes a wonderful breakfast bread. With oil, there will be a simple union. Tomorrow I will conduct an experiment, I will write what happens.

Thanks a lot for the recipe! All good luck!

Conduct an experiment, bake bread and post with your author's theme as an independent recipe!
This will be correct, since your version is different from this one, the author's one - and deserves the right to an independent recipe!

Good luck, it’s nice to hear that the forum helped you!

I bought HP and made the first baked bread according to this recipe and everything worked out right away.

I can't figure out how to thank the author, which icon to click, I had to post a message (I'm more of a reader).
