Ingredients

Instant Oatmeal 30 g
Steep boiling water 75 ml
Cottage cheese (fat content does not matter) 50 g
Kefir 75 ml
Egg 1 piece
Sugar (regular spoons, no slide) 2 table. spoons
Salt pinch
Vanilla sugar 1 sachet
Lemon or orange peel 1 tea the spoon
Flour 100 g
Baking powder 1 tea the spoon
A handful of dried fruits if desired (I added barberry)

Cooking method

  • Pour boiling water over the flakes and leave for 5-10 minutes.
  • Whisk yogurt, cottage cheese, egg, sugar, vanilla sugar, salt, zest in a bowl.
  • Add oatmeal, stir with a spoon.
  • Mix flour with baking powder, add to oatmeal, stir quickly. Add dried fruits, stir. The dough is thick.
  • Curd-oat fritters
  • Fry as usual in hot vegetable oil.
  • I have not eaten any more tender pancakes. For the first time in my life, I didn't need sour cream. The taste of oatmeal and curd is absent.
  • Yummy!
