I need a mini oven that completely replaces a conventional oven., A bread maker, a yogurt maker and a proofing cabinet.
Pay attention to the topic
Gemlux convection ovens can be chosen between volumes of 25 l, 28 l, 32 l, 38 l, 45 l, 65 l. All of them have electronic control, rotary grill, temperature range 30-230 ° С. Almost all of these models have convection, with the exception of the 25-liter one.
I have already laid my eyes on Gemlux, and when I reach my hands I will study that topic.
I have a question for the owners of other stoves, which of them have the same functions (convection, skewer, temperature from 30 to 250 *, timer for two hours), and maybe other options have been added? The timer would be longer, for example.
Alas, she was looking at the steam room.

Good evening. I would like to ask for help, because there was a question about purchasing a stove. I'm tired of the gas oven, I want to buy a mini tabletop oven. I settled on the kraft model KF-MO6011RKGL. I studied the instructions, I am satisfied with everything, including the large volume - 60 liters. But there are no reviews for these stoves. Maybe someone has it, answer me! How they work, assembly. High-quality or not worth taking this ?! Thank you! I would be glad to receive any feedback.
Yrir
Stеrn, Hello.
Were you satisfied with the Silver crest oven?
Isn't there a little volume of 15 liters?
Ilmirushka
Yrir, Stеrn, which you are referring to, has not been on the forum for a long time, unfortunately.
sveta-Lana
I am choosing a tabletop oven, I liked GFGril GFO-32BR, but there are no reviews for it, maybe there are owners of this oven on the forum, share your impression.

Girls, beauties! What about BBK OE2341M? Convection is unnecessary for me. You need to bake charlottes, biscuits, pies, sometimes bake chicken in parts. It's just that in my Hephaestus at the dacha, the gas control goes wild. And the charlotte is baked for 2.5 hours.

Does anyone have an ENDEVER Danko 4065 or BBK OE5562MC? I look after for a summer residence.

Need top, bottom and convection and 40 liters. What do you advise - the eyes on Amazon run up from the abundance of offers - but what to take?

Convection ovens Gemlux # 1102

Light24, judging by the description, the oven is powerful and efficient, it is good for baking a large amount of bread at once - 10 kg / hour.
The disadvantages are large dimensions, low ceiling and lack of steam humidification (and there is nowhere to put a frying pan for boiling water). For such, in my opinion, you need to have a special room and preferably not a residential one, because it should warm up for a long time, as well as cool down later. Rather, it's not even an oven, but a whole mini-bakery.
Although, I always look with some envy at professional ovens, studying videos of experienced bakers. You can't set such a T at home, so you have to "dance" with stones and other pribludes.

I also did not find information on adjusting the T top and bottom, is there a timer and for how long?
Light24
Hello! Does anyone have experience in baking bread in such an oven - the Simfer M4573 Mini-oven, Albeni Plus Comfort series?
Nasturcia
Good afternoon, bakers. I haven't been here for a long time. But I have been reading and leafing through Temka since January. The February purchase fell through, we got sick with the flu and the money was spent on medicines. But all this time I continued to watch and read! I found my dream bbk with convection. Bbk OE3027MC And now my husband gave the go-ahead and looking for where to buy I ordered my stove in the Player. I got it today and I almost cry.The stove is defective, the door is broken, when you try to open it, it scratches the inside of the case and there you can already see that the damage is old and rusting! In general, I am sad. I will try to change or at least return the money. I called and wrote in support! Let's hope for a normal outcome!

Good luck.
I once read a lot of bad things about this murky office (player ru), so I don’t bite at their very tempting prices. What attracts me to Ozone is that everyone responds that they have no problems with the exchange of marriage, and now there are pick-up points everywhere. The prices, however, are higher, but I threw the goods into the basket and regularly monitored, waited for the price, like a player has, and quickly ordered a stove for myself.

I prefer to order household appliances through retail stores in order to exclude problems at least from this side. Of course, the villages do not have these shops, but even in small towns there are enough of them.
Better to return the money, good luck in this matter.
Cirre
Nasturcia, Nastya, good luck with the exchange and do not take the bbq, when I was choosing, one of the stoves was a bbq, but in the end I bought another, so the seller brought me and in a conversation he said that bbqs are often bad and they are returned

In general, news from the fields! All all, do not mess with the Sharashkina Office Player ru! Using the Coronovirus, they supply defective goods of poor quality, without verification. And they refuse to exchange it or return the money, hiding behind Self-Isolation and Quarantine. They say that their quality control service will start working and then ... But then it will be too late, the return period will expire! And in the best case, they will be sent to the service center! They decided to leave the stove. A husband with a screwdriver and straight hands repaired the door. This is a technical factory defect (the spring did not work and did not let the fastening-pin into the groove). They decided to sand the scratch and paint it with thermal paint from a bologna. To forget, like a bad dream, this whole situation! People don't buy anything from this store! According to their contract of purchase and sale, the store is not at all responsible for the goods after the goods are handed over to the customer. And if you accepted the goods, then all the problems are purely yours.

Nasturcia, Nastya, well done husband. Did you try to call the bbk service center?

Nasturcia
The service center did not get through. There the answering machine broadcasts and they do not pick up the phone, apparently also in quarantine. Thank you all for the kind words, I cry for 2 days. So I do not like to argue and prove something, as if the forces of life are leaving me. Well, at least my husband is not scandalous, otherwise he would give me a blast, they say, she asked for a month, demanded, gave me money and like what in the end. He sees I'm worried and supports. The stove was checked, it works and heats up quickly and the convection works. I want to bake something, but not in such a mood ...

Dear users of mini-ovens, I have a question - do the heating elements heat up to red in your ovens? In my simplest grill, Travola, they are always hot, but in the Gemlux, 38 caliber, they are not. I checked it with a thermometer, but it only up to 120 *, when set to 110 it shows 115+, that is, it does not seem to eat degrees, but for some reason it does not turn red, or is the heating element material different? I read something about it before when I was choosing a stove, but I don't remember the details.

Nasturcia, it goes well!

Nasturcia, Nastya, what a beautiful net!
Congratulations on the stove! Let it only be happy now!
Get used to it more!
Crown, Galina, that's how much I remember, but I just can't remember getting warmed up to beauty. And how many stoves I had!
Nasturcia
No mesh, I'm just learning. And probably it is necessary to transfer it to the pie with a rolling pin. But thanks for the kind words. I promise to study beautifully. And my tena is heating up to red, which caused the lamentations of my husband. They say poor shadows. He says they will not serve for a long time and the Soviet ones did not blush so much. And he countered a lot of them, both Soviet and Turkish.

In my Rolsen KW-3026 stove, the shades heats up to red, then the heating turns off for a short time and the shades lose their redness. Then the shades turn on again, warm up to red, and so on. She raises my temperature by 30 degrees. I set it to 150, and it gives out 180 degrees, I take this moment into account when baking.

Hello everyone!
I chose the oven for so long, read everything, re-read everything, opted for the Simfer 4242, it seems like the highest from this line, but I got it and I sit in sadness - the lowest position for the grate or pallet is very high, the distance from this position to the upper heating element only 15cm, and all 13cm from the stone
Tabletop ovens, stoves ...
I took the oven for a summer residence, mainly for baking hearth bread with sourdough, but now it turns out that it is impossible to bake nifiga under the hood.
What to do? Give it up right away and go for the Gemlux? Girls, what are the distances from the lower position to the heating element?
Marysya27
milka80, Irina, for 38l and 45l stoves, the distance between the heating elements is 23cm; for 65 liters - 26-27 cm.

choice on Simfer 4242,
I didn’t like the simpheres right away because they were low and long - the volume was large (you’ll be tortured to warm up), and the height was small, so you can not bake any bread or cakes.

The distance between the heating elements is 23 cm, from the grill on the lower level to the upper heating element - 17 cm.
It is in 38 and 45L
In my own I measured: between the heating elements - 26-27cm (with a ruler -27cm, a tape measure - 26cm)
milka80
Marysya27, Crown, girls, thank you, in this Simfer it is between the heating elements of 20 cm, but somehow I was not ready for such a high first position for the grate or pallet.
I chose from two models 4242 and 4244. On the official website, both declared a height of 36cm, but in fact it turned out that 4242 has 33cm and I do not have enough of these 3cm
Husband grit: do not use, change right away, but I am still in doubt, so I don’t like to mess with the delivery of the goods (((Gemlux 38l in depth is the same, only it will be more square, and the outer dimensions generally coincide.

And then I also kneaded the bread for a test and baked it so dumbly now, put it on a cold proofing, in the morning I’ll decide what to do, but for now I’ll go to the Temka of the Gemluxes, read there who bakes bread in them and how.

Functions dough, yoghurt, proofing (autoprograms), also grill, convection, a lot of other autoprograms, a cryps plate included and 2 grates (round) are in my Samsung microwave oven. I've tried them all and they work great. This is the option for securing a gas stove with a fool, I preferred. I have had it since New Year.
And the oven cannot fully replace the bread maker - it does not interfere with the dough. But my new microwave oven bakes great. The grill is also strong, although not quartz, but ten. And she is also a beauty.

Girls, I am reporting. Launched - it's a trash, of course, it is soooo hot, that in half meters from it there is heat It is impossible to touch the glass at all, the sides and top also heat up decently. In the kitchen now, like in the desert - the heat is unreal, it's scary to think what will happen in the country, where the kitchen does not turn around at all
I put the bread on, but outwardly I can already see that the experiment failed, I had to heat the built-in oven, bake the second loaf there.

I had an excellent fancy micra with convection and steam humidification, with a hinged door and without a twist, in such a space it is used much more economically. Only I had a healthy one, 27 liters, I gave it to a friend who lived in a dacha without conveniences, and I was looking for a similar, smaller one for myself, but they are all with "carousels", except for the primitive and quickly breaking Gorenya. In addition, you can't bake a good hearth bread in MV, so I opted for a size 38 Gemlux mini-oven.

All micro ovens heat up more than built-in ovens, but everything is different. The double glass in the door also helps to not heat the surrounding space so much - for me this parameter was critical. But we must pay tribute, these babies cool down very quickly.
milka80
So, I baked everything.
The tears are very strange, not the same as usual.
I did not bake the first loaf a bit, it took longer to bake than in the built-in oven, the bottom was not fried at all, although I alternated the modes and baked the last 10 minutes only with the lower heating element. I sin on the ceramic mold that is in the photo above, I used it instead of a stone.
For the second loaf, I warmed up my oven with a psycho, but then decided to continue the experiment and put a baking stone in Simfer. I waited for warming up and placed the second bread.
I got up, but also somehow strange, I don't even know what to sin, nevertheless, this time everything was baked and even almost burned.

I didn't have time to take a picture of the first bread, they quickly sharpened it with tea, but I'm carrying the second one.
During the lifting and breaking stage:

Definitely, the temperature should be monitored with a thermometer, I have one, so I will still appear in Temka.
I will not hand over it yet, I will test it for a week on baking different types of bread.

Yes, it cools down very quickly.

By the way, the bread is a French sourdough loaf with overnight proofing in the refrigerator.
For comparison, the same loaf, but with baked goods in the oven, the amount of dough is the same

Immediately after baking:
Does the crust not bake from the proximity of the heating elements?
I'm reading different bakers here and thinking that ovens, especially our mini ones, are very different from real ovens not only by the absence of a good hearth (at least it can be portrayed), but also by the sharp heat from the upper heating element, and not even for due to the high T (it can be reduced), and the proximity of the heat source to the hump. I cannot yet decide to bake only on the lower heat, but I want to try, together with the stone, to block the upper ten with a baking sheet, for a more even heating of the space. It seems to me that then the crust should be fried more evenly.
