Swan-Seagull, Thank you, I'll look again, maybe I can decide at least with the manufacturer)

Anna, I bought myself a 38 liter Gemlux, because I needed the temperature less than 100 degrees (for sausage).
The bulk of the stoves is from 100 degrees.
Sister bought an electric oven PROFFI PH9087, black on Ozone. 35 liters, everything fits. And the price for it is very humane. But, however, it gets very hot. Thermally insulated cases are probably more expensive, maybe the girls will tell you.
The oven is simple, there is no convection, the control is mechanical, the declared temperature was kept well.
I can't recommend Simfer, I came across an unsuccessful copy in Eldorado, handed it over without problems in a week, the money was returned to the card immediately.
Anna
venera19, It's good that the money was returned, I will know that Eldorado will not be thrown)
Convection is not important to me, I hate touch buttons, it's a pity that it gets very hot ... but the fact that it keeps the temperature is great! Eh, you will probably have to compromise, you probably cannot find ideal mini-ovens at a low price)
Are there any reviews from the owners of the kitfort? I didn't look for it, maybe I was looking badly ...?

Cveta, I will try to explain. Now I have quoted a line from your post. You can do it like this, select this line (phrase) with the left mouse button. This phrase in someone else's answer will stand out against a blue background.
After that, we find under the same answer, on the right, below, the phrase "quote selected"., Click on it with the left mouse button. This phrase will appear in your new reply. Then go to your same answer but to the line below

Now about the link ..., the text in your message can be corrected even after you have sent it. But this can be done while under your message, below, on the right, there is the phrase "edit". Here you need to click on it. All your old message will appear at the bottom, where we usually write a new message. That's where we rule. You can erase the entire link or correct other errors in your text. As we fixed, then below, under the message, we click on the phrase "save" Well, another addition. So I hid this message, that is, it is not on the topic of desktop stoves, but in this topic we are discussing stoves and preferably no other questions. Otherwise, if someone needs to find something in the topic about their stove, and there will be a lot of strangers, then it will be difficult to find something. And if you need to hide the text or part of it, then click on the icon - Sp - (it is located at the very bottom of the page, there are many different icons in the line, this icon is in the middle of this line, and the line is right above the empty field for a new message. this badge, it reads "spoiler" and write your text between the two "spoilers." Please help with choosing a mini oven
Anna, I use a Rolsen 3026 stove

In terms of functionality, it is quite normal and at the same time inexpensive. But ... her minimum temperature is 100 degrees. and you cannot set different temperatures for the upper and lower shadows. Knowing now about these features, I would prefer to choose one of these two, 38 liters

🔗

And you can have a larger displacement, but of the same brand, otherwise if you bake something in it, for example, chicken for example, even portioned, splashes of fat will make the entire inner chamber of the stove. Therefore, I prefer to bake x / bakery products in it. I live alone and 30 liters of volume was not enough for me 65 liters, this is a class, well, or something in between. In a stove of 30 liters, the distance between the upper and lower shadows is only 22 cm. Just visualize these 22 cm. And between them, for example, a whole chicken ... Of course, if there is very little space in the kitchen, then such an average volume will work.
Quote: Anna
I would like to find an option that is not very hot.
Yes, they are all heated, because the shades are located close to the top and to the bottom, even if they write about some kind of thermal insulation .... you still need to find it ..., a case made of thin metal and that's it. There is it in the multicooker, this is thermal insulation , we can safely take the multicooker in our hands and carry it, move it during the cooking process. And stoves are much hotter compared to multicooker, although it doesn't even compare.

Reliability comes first
And this is how lucky ... and brands have marriage, though much less often.
Anna
Mila56, Thanks for the answer!
Some kind of trouble, Rolsen of any models disappeared from all stores, it is not known when they appear
And I look at Gemlux 1838, but the price frightens off, I can't find it cheaper than 10,000 ... The price for me is acceptable no more than 5-6 thousand, I just think it will work out again, I will buy what is better, but I will rarely use it, as happened with my Brother sewing machine I thought I would sew, but in fact it did not go further than turning the trousers and sewing holes, I overpaid a total of 10 thousand for unnecessary bells and whistles ...
And on this forum they love something very much Gemlux, but Simfer and other models not very much)
In general, I plan to bake cookies, pies, pizzas, bezeshki, meat in a sleeve and without a sleeve, maybe the grill will come in handy, maybe I will dry berries / fruits, I don’t know about proofing the dough, I noticed that the ovens come with temperature control either 30-230 or 100- 250, and there are very few such temperatures to cover all temperatures.

In my case, in the summer I bought a Janome L-394 sewing machine (to replace Chaika), it seems like it is praised for its reliability, but I'm not a seamstress, I sew very rarely. So until now I haven't even sewn anything on it.

Anna
Mila56To be honest, I don’t know if I will need a temperature above 230, I have been living without an oven for 5 years, the maximum that I baked is a manna and charlotte in a multicooker) it’s cooked there at 140, and before that there was a Whirpool built in, I don’t even remember what temperatures exhibited for meat and pies ...) yes, perhaps above 230 and not necessary, really. And for which dishes are temperatures set at 230?

So in Brother I have a lot of types of stitches, sewing on buttons and all sorts of charms, but in fact I use a zigzag, straight, overlock and that's it.

Mila56
Quote: Anna
And for which dishes are temperatures set at 230?
Anna, and I don't even know, maybe for pizza, it needs to be baked quickly and for this it may take 230-250 degrees. But I’m not a gourmet at all and would have baked pizza at a lower temperature. Then the meat is red, in a large piece, in foil, so it can be done at high temperatures, i.e. at 230-250 degrees. My Rolsen 3026 overestimates the temperature by 30-35 degrees (I don't have any problems because of this, I set the temperature 30 degrees less than in the recipe), so you can take off, but somehow I don't need such temperatures. This is actually a desktop lightweight (low weight, small camera, if up to 40 liters.) Mini oven and put a piece of meat more than 3 kg or a goose there ..., the tena is very close, the meat can be baked to the tena (when you remove the foil from it on the last stage of baking) ..., not ..., for this I would prefer to use a large stationary oven, which is what I plan to do. Therefore, you need to think carefully ..., there is an additional place to put it, which means you can buy a similar mini oven, but this is in addition to a stationary oven. The advantages of a kick stove are that it heats up quickly and cools down quickly, which is very much in demand in summer in the heat. And while you heat up the stationary oven ... while you cook in it, the kitchen is hot in summer ... until it cools down ... and these small table stoves do everything quickly
Anna
Mila56, there is no oven for 5 years already, finally ripe for the purchase of a tabletop (well, I miss a multicooker, it turns out not enough, it is eaten very quickly, and it gets boring to drive it every other day, and we haven't eaten a fried crust for 5 years, we got bored), because in the kitchen little space, although the kitchen is 9kv. m., but it has a washing machine.

We can only push the washing machine into the bathroom if we buy a special sink that is attached above the machine, but read the reviews, ambiguous, someone complains that it's just inconvenient, someone that gets clogged, in general, we thought so, let it be worth ...

But I would like to bake the meat in foil, of course, or in the sleeve, so that it turns out either a shank or a chop, I really love them)

Anna, all this, of course, and you can bake in a mini oven. There must be something in the house .... either a stationary oven or a mini oven, this is the minimum. And if you ever think of making ham in an oven-oven, then you need to choose with a temperature of 30 degrees.

Anna, our brother's wife (what is it called?) has been using Simfer 45 l for half a year, very happy! makes in it various pastries, meat in any form, fish, casseroles. But she is not registered on our site. Like others who, according to our reviews here, buy their stoves, but we will not recognize their reviews. Here Kitfort was also praised, even in some recipes they showed what and how they cook in them!

Anna
Hello) Well, I ordered Gemlux 1538, they will bring it within 2 days. Under my requirements (budget up to 7 thousand rubles, size more than 36 liters, the presence of convection, temperature from 30 degrees), Simfer m4590 and Simfer 4220 came up with a rattling sound. But simpheres without convection, and therefore the choice was still made in favor of hemlux I hope I made the right choice and the stove will not disappoint me. I will test, cook, then I will definitely show the results)
venera19
Well, at least the flour of choice is over. I think you will like Gemlux. Simfer is still simpler in design and functions.
Anna
venera19, the design is in last place for me), to be honest, outwardly I liked model 1838 more, but from a purely practical point of view "what if you replace the toggle switch" spare parts are easier to find for model 1538, and it is cheaper by 1200)
but the fact that there is no convection in the simfer m4590 model, of course, is a shame, but there is another one, which costs 10400 rubles) and then it turned out that they bought a tablet in DNS (which is why the budget was limited), and gave a discount of 1400 rubles for purchases in the DNS network, until March 20. It turned out a hemlux at a price of 6600 rubles, it is not tastier to find with such a set of functions, and even stainless steel) THANK YOU huge to everyone who helped with the choice !!
Anna
Hello everyone again)
Well, I cooked several dishes in the 38L Gemlux 1538 oven (the chocolate cake with cherries was baked well, the beeshki melt in my mouth, the baked fish is excellent, pumpkin pie). Sorry, I didn't figure out how to add a photo ...
What can I say. In general, the stove suits, the door heats up quite a bit (at temperatures from 150), but not enough to burn yourself on it if accidentally touched, it will certainly be unpleasant, but everything is tolerable, though for some reason I thought that due to double glazing it would be to warm up less The top is hot by itself, the sides pleased, warm, as if you will not burn yourself. I do not know to what extent the glass is heated in stoves with a single door, there was no such thing to compare, but here it heats up pretty much. Whether it makes sense to overpay for a double door - I can't say.
The volume will probably be enough for us (there are 2 adults and 2 children in the family).
It will be necessary to learn and adapt to the temperatures, because I have not used the oven for 5 years, I have already forgotten everything) It's good that you can change the temperature and time during the cooking process, add / subtract, pause. It warms up very quickly, probably about 5 minutes and ready. If the electricity goes out, it remembers which program and time it stopped at.
Of the inconvenience, I will note the too quiet signal of the end of work, I do not hear in another room with active children, this fact is directly annoying.
And the door in the extreme position does not hold very well, if you accidentally press down slightly, it can hit the table if the oven is not pushed closer to the edge.
And there are too many modes, I just don't need so many, why are there duplicated modes like Toasts and Pizza, well, they are no different? And the custom one does not know what it can be useful for, there are more than enough other modes with the ability to adjust the parameters. Defrosting would be better called Yogurt. Because I don't know who will defrost something in the oven for several hours in a row. For the sake of curiosity, I put the fish to defrost, the unfortunate kilogram melted there for about 4 hours, probably ...)
Let's see how next, but for now the rules. Convection is likely to be rarely used. If you take it without convection, then you can easily keep within the budget of up to 5 thousand rubles. with some kind of simfer like models m3420, m3520 or Vasilisa or some other manufacturer, who needs what volume.

I'll leave my stove dimensions here, maybe someone will come in handy.
External dimensions:
depth of the case with a door without a handle and without rear pins - 34cm, height with legs - 35cm (without legs 33.5cm), width (well, or length) - 50cm.
Inner chamber:
depth - 34cm, height 29.5cm, width 35cm. If you count, the volume of 35L-36 is not more, where 38 declared - I don't understand. And by the way, there is no stainless steel there, it is only outside, but inside is ordinary galvanized steel! I asked a question on the site.
Baking tray: length 34.5cm, width 30cm, baking tray depth 2cm! as for me too small. In Vasilisa, for 30 liters, it seems to be the same size, but deep cm by 4, and not one, but two, so it's a shame a little for the stove, the hemlux is not cheap, and the baking sheet is tiny.
These are the impressions. I am glad that although I did not pay the full price for it, but only 6600 thanks to a discount in the CSN Technopoint, it seems to me that it makes no sense to pay for it more expensive.

Anna, I have one portable timer hanging on the refrigerator, I use it when waffles, cookies, nuts
I bake in various electric baking appliances. And I always have one more timer in my room at my computer, I use it even when I brew tea and I have to wait for it to cool down to a temperature that is comfortable for me, let's say I put it on for 10 minutes, I read at the computer, here the TV is turned on at the same time, sometimes the second TV set works in the kitchen at the same time ... And this room timer helps me out, otherwise I'll read it out, and the tea has cooled down ... Or the noise and the kitchen timer is not heard, and this one next to me helps me out
Anna
Mila56, Lyudmila, yes, of course, you can get out of it, you can set a reminder or an alarm clock on your phone, for example. But this is already inconvenience and additional body movements, let's say so, and when you buy a stove for 6600 (and without a discount - 8000), you expect some completeness and comfort in use, well, why not make it louder?) And these extra programs get in the way , you need to scroll through them ... there is no timer at all in Delta 022, and nothing, people use it and enjoy it) I sit and start thinking that I overpaid for the oven ...)) although with convection it is probably not cheaper to find 6 thousand. And that’s another question, is it really needed? is it really impossible to get a crispy crust without convection?)
Mila56
Quote: Anna
is it really impossible to get a crispy crust without convection?)
Anna, of course it is possible. Convection can be dispensed with. It is more useful if you bake on two baking sheets at the same time, or when the chamber is large, about 50 liters ... I don't often turn on convection in mine, except that I want a perfect, uniform blush on baking, it's still good when you bake meat with a heavy weight, but I I do meat in a large oven, something like this ... You can do without convection
Quote: Anna
Delta 022 has no timer at all,

And you can also do without a timer in a tabletop oven, because you can set the time on a portable timer, and you won't have to pay money for additional functions.Even when I bake pancakes, I set the time for each pancake on a portable timer, the one that hangs on the refrigerator, and just have time to press the replay, but you don't miss it and the pancake won't burn out
Quote: Anna
If you count, the volume of 35L-36 is not more, where 38 declared - I don't understand.
I have long suspected that the indicated volume does not refer to the volume of the inner chamber, but this is the volume along the outer contour, without legs of course
Quote: Anna
And by the way, there is no stainless steel there, it is only outside, but inside is ordinary galvanized steel! I asked a question on the site.
Yes, galvanized steel inside.
Anna
Mila56, yes, but if you count by the external dimensions, then 56-57 liters comes out) but about the inner chamber, I even got excited, the depth is 33.5 cm, in fact, because the door is double, and closes inward, taking another 1.5 cm from the usable space. So in the end the volume is by no means more than 34 liters ...
Mila56
Anna, oh well, how many liters are there, so be it, if only the oven delights with baking ... we do not buy to watch and calculate anything ...
Anna
Mila56, just for information, I left it for those who, like me, are tormented in search of a mini-oven, because people will think that there is where to turn around inside, but in fact there is no, almost cheating the consumer)
Ludmila (Luda)
Hello
I with gratitude to the forum participants. Thank you for your opinion and experience that you share..
I want to thank Marysya27 for a hint where it was possible to spy on the answer to my question.
I chose the Convection Oven GEMLUX GL-OR-2045LUX
I must say right away that I am happy with the stove. I have had it since the New Year, but because of the busyness I could not cook a lot in it. I cooked mainly meat, baked apples, etc. Since I hadn't done baking before (pizza doesn't count) I couldn't really appreciate it. I tried to bake pies and was satisfied.
I want to leave my opinion, what if it will help someone when choosing a stove.
About the size of the oven. 45L is a bit cramped and even not enough for baking good large chicken and bread. The chicken is cramped and very close to the heating elements. I have not tried to plant on a spit and have not yet baked it entirely. But the large one will have to be put on a baking sheet. In short, you need to adjust. With baking bread (if you need to put water at the bottom) and another loaf to rise, it is also cramped. If you need to bake large loaves, tall ones or you are a fan of grilled chicken (large), then size 65L is better.
When the oven was started at 230 degrees, they realized that it should not be built into the cabinet. It's one thing to bake something quickly at 180 degrees for 15-20 minutes, and another thing is longer and 200-230. And for furniture - it is not suitable and not safe.
Also, in my opinion, there is not enough thermal insulation. The stove cools down very quickly.
When choosing a model, pay attention to regulators, it is perhaps better to take with mechanical ones.
In this model, the heating temperature is from 30 to 230. This is great
30 for proofing the dough. Of course, you can put it in a slow cooker for proofing, but you can't put the pies themselves in a slow cooker before baking.
I did not measure whether the temperature in the stove and on the displays exactly matched.
By pressing two buttons on the handles, the current temperature in the oven is displayed. This helps to navigate how quickly the air in the oven warmed up, how quickly it cooled down. You can also add or decrease the temperature if you wish. There is a backlight, a transparent window of the door, and if you cook in a heat-resistant glass dish, you can easily adjust the cooking process.
I would like that there were two more disgusting, not one.
Cooking in it is good, convenient. Enough choice.

I welcome everyone. Liked the description of the Endever Danko 4040 mini-oven with a built-in steamer. Maybe someone has already become the proud owner of such a beauty? Share your impression, please. There are very few reviews on the internet about this mini oven. The declared characteristics are very interesting. I am looking for a replacement for GEMLUX GL-OR-2065. Unlucky, I bought a defective oven (did not keep the set temperature). I will be grateful in advance for information on Endever Danko 4040.
Mila56
korsi, an interesting stove, but I don’t remember something about it, anyone on the forum said. And I've been living on the forum for a long time
korsi
Lyudmila, welcome. Thanks for your feedback. Yes, unfortunately I did not find anything about this stove on the forum. The stove is interesting, but I would like to hear the opinion of a real user. For example, one review found on the network confuses that the lower ten is closed and the lower heating is not as strong as the upper one. But there are much more pluses, so it caught fire to purchase this oven. Have a nice day everyone.
Anna
korsi, unfortunately, I cannot tell you about the model you are interested in, however, if you are interested in a closed lower shade, I saw this even in Maunfeld stoves.

Mila56
Vika, built-in steam would not hurt for excellent baking (this is in large electric ovens, built-in ovens), but you can do with such a tabletop oven. In this oven, you can also bake for five and four, which depends not only on the oven, but on the handles
Mirabel
Mila56, well we are. Here we are discussing the possibilities of a desktop oven ... so we do not pay attention to steam, if only it bakes more or less evenly.
..
Mila56
Vika, I repeat, its functionality is good, of course you can do without steam. And look at the price yourself, I don't know if it's expensive or not, according to your money, according to your salaries, it's up to you

Hello) After reading the forum, it began to grow overgrown with devices. The last purchase is a mini redmond 5717 oven. Volume is 20 liters. Temperature from 40 to 230 degrees, checked with a thermometer, everything is accurate. Phone control is very convenient.

Vika, yes, it may be, but then the distance between the upper and lower tenas is small, that is, less than 20 cm. You cannot bake a large cake in such a way, the top will rest against the upper shades and burn. Just imagine ..., you need to put the baking sheet on the middle level, that is, we divide 20 by 2 and it turns out from a baking sheet with buns to the top of 10 cm or less, both top and bottom can burn ... I'm exaggerating, of course, but this topic is worth considering. The main thing is that the baking does not burn, and the diameter of the mold ... this is not so important, there are a lot of different forms.
Mirabel

It is advisable to look at the stove in the store before buying.
yes in the online store it is planned to buy.
The most interesting thing is that after looking at different models of ovens, I found that many have a height of 30-35 cm ... does this mean that the distance between the shadows will not be sufficient?
Ludmila, Lud, and how long is this distance for your oven?
Mila56
Quote: Mirabel
and how much is the distance for your oven?
Vika, so I went now and measured it. The total height of the stove is 33 cm, including the legs. In online stores, the height of the stove with legs is indicated. Inside the chamber, from the bottom to the ceiling, as it were, 27-28 cm (a little inconvenient to measure there). The distance between the upper and lower shadows is 22 cm. The lower shadows do not lie at the very bottom, but a few cm higher from it. Similarly with the upper shadows, that is, I repeat, the distance between the upper and lower shadows is 22 cm. It turns out that if we subtract (subtract) 22 cm from 33 cm (the full height of the stove with legs), then 11 cm will remain. These 11 cm include the height of the legs and the distance from the bottom to the lower shades and from the ceiling to the upper shades. Why am I writing this to you, every stove has these approximately 11 cm. If your stove indicates a height of 30 cm (this is with legs), then subtracting 11 cm, 19 cm remains, this is approximately the distance between the upper and lower shadows. Well, or simply draw conclusions ... my stove is 33 cm high, and the distance between the upper and lower shadows is 22 cm. , well, your stove is 3 cm lower, therefore, the distance between the upper and lower shadows will be 3 cm less than in my stove, i.e. 22 cm -3 cm = 19 cm.
Mirabel
Ludmila, Darling! tremendous thanks! everything became more or less clear.
Therefore, the height of the stove should not be less than 30cm, but more is better.
