Delicate white buns

Ingredients

Wheat flour 3 cups
(240 ml)
Water 1/2 cup
(240 ml)
Warmed milk 1/2 cup
(240 ml)
Salt 1/2 tsp
Powdered sugar 1 tsp
I added 1 tbsp. l.
Butter
melted and chilled
2 tbsp. l.
Dry yeast 1 tsp
Additive: flour for dusting

Cooking method

  • Load the ingredients in the bread maker in the correct order, except for the flour for sprinkling, and set the Dough mode. After the dough is ready, remove from the mold, knead by hand for 2-3 minutes. Roll a sausage out of the dough. Cut the sausage into 6-8 buns, shape the buns (balls and press lightly), put on a greased baking sheet (I used baking paper, it turns out much better). Sprinkle the finished balls with flour and put them in place for 15-20 minutes. in a warm place, covering the baking sheet with cling film. The buns should rise 2 times. After the dough comes up, Heat the oven to 220 degrees and place the buns in it for 15-20 minutes. When ready, take them out onto the wire rack and let them cool, covering them with a clean towel.

And with yeast as usual. I have a yeast block of 42 grams, I put 1/4. Pounded with sugar, warmed up milk and water, added salt and yeast with sugar to the same. I poured this mixture into a bucket of HP, sifted flour on top and melted butter into a corner.
P.S. The yeast was from the freezer.

I baked these buns for today's breakfast. I put the dough on the timer overnight. Shaped and baked in the morning. We really enjoyed. Now I put the dough again. I will bake some more. My daughter wants to take to school tomorrow.

Yes, sesame seeds right into the dough. While the rolls were hot, the sesame seeds were not felt, but by the end of the day it was very interesting to run into the seeds with a tooth.

Delicate white buns

1/2 cup water
1/2 warm (but not hot) milk
1/2 tsp fast-rising yeast.
2 tbsp. l. butter (melt and let cool slightly)
2 tsp icing sugar
1/2 tsp salt
dusting flour
3 cups flour (sift)
Mix yeast, flour, salt, sugar. powder.
Combine water, milk, oil in a separate bowl. This mixture should be warm, but not hot!
Pour it into the flour mixture and mix with your hands (10 minutes) or with a mixer (3-4 minutes)
Roll the finished dough into a sausage, cut it into 8 pieces. Roll them into balls first, then place them on a baking sheet (covered with baking paper), and gently press to shape them into cakes.
Sift some flour through a strainer onto the cakes, then cover with cling film.
Leave to come at room temperature until it doubles in size. It is not necessary to place them in a warm place, since the structure of this test will be better if it rises slowly (it took about 2.5 hours for me to dissolve)
Preheat oven to 190-200 g.
Remove the cling film and sift some more flour onto the buns.

Bake for about 15 minutes until golden brown.
The finished buns should be cooled on a wire rack, covering them with a clean towel.
