the fact of the matter is that we take it out right away, and on size M (the smallest) I put 1 tbsp. l. sugar is very little ...
The recipe for the studio ... let's think ...
ElenaRoss
the recipe from the Panasik instructions is ordinary white bread without bells and whistles .. sazalexter, thank you for your participation) at least someone responded ... this moment with a crust worries me a little ... I hope it's not a marriage

ElenaRoss If possible, post a photo here!
Aglo
... that's just confusing the color of the crust. I choose "light", but it turns out as if "average" .. is it all so ???
For all I will not say, but at least for many. I bake my breads on the modes "small loaf", "light crust" and at the same time, if possible, I take out 5 minutes before the end of the program.
My daughter (she has 254) is the same.
Egg-based recipe from instructions.
If it’s not comfortable, it’s better to hand over such garbage for a lot of money.

Light - medium ... Fine gradation. If it burned, then the head should hurt. I don't see any crime. For me, 1 tbsp. l. a lot of sand, sweet for me. I put 1 tsp.
ElenaRoss. Do you like a pale bun?
Aglo
The point is not in the perception of gradations, but in the inability to regulate these same gradations. If not to a minimum, it is already burning.
ElenaRoss
just about, Aglo has accurately grasped the essence of the problem (if I may say so.) apparently, I will also take out the bread early ...
Zigor, this 1 tbsp. l. sugar "eats" 1 tsp. salt !! so there is no sweet taste at all!
sazalexter, if I don't forget, I'll post a photo ..))

And during the operation of the oven it is no longer possible to change the size, or the color of the crust? I bake for the third time, while controlling the bun, I added flour and again I sit and think why I didn’t put a dark crust, on the middle one it barely turns red ... Something I still cannot understand what I need. Either a darker crust is needed, or a larger size or an incorrect ratio of products is obtained. One thing is clear - in model 255 there is a lot of basic water in the recipe. Here I am trying to bake hot bread with herbs and garlic according to the recipe from the website - let's see what happens ...

there is no way to change it in the process. but you can try to leave it on the heating for a while.
try, try, try ...
a lot of water? ok, in my opinion, a bun and more than a dozen loaves. even a little bit. and how did you measure the flour?

Tell me, please, I began to notice that with each baking, the bread becomes lighter and brighter. Somewhere there was already such a topic, I can't find it. Something needs to be tightened, unscrewed, handed over for repair?

If you do not pull it out of the network, you need to unplug the plug and hold it for more than 45 minutes so that the HP "zeroes" if this does not help, check the voltage in the network, after these steps to the service

Understood nothing. Do you mean to unplug the HP after baking? I always turn it off as soon as I take out the bread. How to check the voltage in the network? Somewhere there was a topic that you need to twist some kind of shaft, in my opinion.
sazalexter
MOM SONY To check the voltage in the network, you need at least a tester, as a maximum an electrician with a tester, (voltmeter) You do not need to spin anything in these HPs in (Panasonic), bring it to the service, especially since you seem to have it under warranty.

Thank you, I will.

Yesterday for the first time in my life I baked BREAD: wow: on my new Panasonic-257. I didn't even dream that everything would work out right away, I prepared myself for various horrors such as a torn top, a fallen brick, or even a half-baked piece of dough: cray: I took the recipe from the instructions - "Milk bread", size-medium, dark crust (pulled me damn, for the first time I had to put the middle one!) In the process of kneading, I looked into the stove, like an experienced baker - you might think that I still understand a thread there ... During baking, as they said, I did not open it. When Panka squeaked about readiness, I was even scared for about 2 minutes to open and see what had happened there ... And so I finally made up my mind-: victory: A WONDERFUL, BEAUTIFUL, PERFECTLY RISED FROM ALL SIDES was waiting for me there , HIS MAJESTY BREAD: wow: I rode around the apartment like a child: yahoo: Then, when emotions subsided, I took out the bread from the bucket onto the microwave wire rack, covered it with a rag ... it was like 5 minutes ... could not stand it, cut it hot (n ) So now the actual question for you, my dear forum users. Inside my bread everything is remarkably mixed up, baked, but for some reason, when you cut it, the crust turns out separately (and crumbles strongly) and the crumb separately ...: this: Why is this so ??? Because I was cutting hot? By the way, he just cut it even more or less hot, but in the morning, when it got completely cold, he doesn't want to: cray: It turns out a hard crunchy frame and an airy square of crumb, but separately from the frame ??? Or is it because of the dark crust, because it is too hard ?!

Good day! We are starting to test HP Panasonic2501. The first was bran bread - great (even with a mistake in the recipe)! But with the second there was a misunderstanding. I wanted to put bread from several types of flour, the main mode, and the size M (the smallest). I laid everything for this according to the recipe, followed the kolobok, after kneading, I slightly pushed the kolobok towards the center. The dough began to rise, I heard that it was crumpling, and just before baking I looked in - the well-raised dough was lying in a corner, that is, it took up only 2/3 of the bucket's area. I somehow panicked, pulled it out, put it in a mold and baked it in the oven. Is that why it happened? Do all small breads behave like that? What shape would my bread be? - triangular? Multi-flour bread
Select the menu ‘01’ size M

Dry yeast 11⁄4 tsp
Wheat flour 225 g
Corn flour 4 tbsp. l. (40 g) Hercules flakes /
rye, barley 4 tbsp. l.
Salt 11⁄2 tsp
Sugar 11⁄2 tbsp l.
Powdered milk 11⁄2 tbsp. l.
Oil 11⁄2 tbsp. l.
Water 220 ml As a result, the bread turned out, but I would like to bake small rolls in HP too. Help me to understand!
DADAHA
Somehow, no one reacted ... As a result, I relied on HP, beat myself on the hands, so as not to spy on, left everything on the machine. And after the allotted time she took out a small size roll of normal shape. I made a conclusion for myself - do not panic! It turns out after the last kneading, even when the baked goods light up on the display, the dough still rises and its shape evens out to a normal loaf!
Andrzej nov
It is written in the instructions: do not open the lid while the HP is running ....
