Stuffed Leek (Cuckoo 1054)

Ingredients

Mixed minced meat (I have pork + beef) 500g.
Egg 1 PC.
Leeks (large stems) 3 pcs.
Garlic (I didn't put it) 3 teeth
Stale white bread 1 piece
Milk for soaking bread 250 ml.
Dill, parsley, cilantro 1 \ 2 bundles
Salt pepper taste
Vegetable oil for frying

Cooking method

  • lob soak in warm milk
  • Wash the stalks of leeks, dry them, cut off the root. Cut the lower whole part of the onion (up to the stems) into 3 equal parts. Carefully divide each piece by hand into two-layer tubes:
  • Stuffed Leek (Cuckoo 1054)
  • From each stem, 6 tubes are obtained.
  • Cut the inside of the onion in half and cut into thin strips:
  • Stuffed Leek (Cuckoo 1054)
  • Fry in vegetable oil mode Browning level 3 1 minute.
  • Mix the minced meat with the egg, squeezed bread, finely chopped garlic, chopped herbs and fried leeks:
  • Stuffed Leek (Cuckoo 1054)
  • Season with salt, pepper and mix thoroughly.
  • Stuff the leek tubes with the prepared filling tightly (advice: it is better to leave a little space, because when frying, the minced meat slightly increases in size and sticks out):
  • Stuffed Leek (Cuckoo 1054)
  • Fry the tubes in vegetable oil mode Browning level 3 5 minutes. Then Multi-cook mode 110C 7 minutes... (according to the recipe, you first need to fry from the ends, but they constantly fell from me, so I did not)
  • I didn’t even expect it to be SO TASTY !!!
  • OTHER COOKING OPTIONS:
  • 1. Fry the straws in a frying pan, pour in some hot water, close the lid and simmer for 20 minutes.
  • 2. Fry the tubes in a pan, place on a baking sheet, sprinkle with cheese and bake at 180-200C for 25-30 minutes.

Lazy option
Stuffed Leek (Cuckoo 1054)

Mix minced meat with egg, herbs, pressed bread. Salt, pepper.

Cut the leeks (can be thin) into rings (can be whole). Fry mode Browning level 3 1 minute... When brown, add the minced meat. We mix. Mode Multi-cook 110C 5 minutes.

The taste is no worse !!!!!!! The meat is soft and juicy, with a sweetish leek flavor. Recommend!!
