I can suggest a recipe for Puri flatbread (Indian bread)
from the website -

Structure:
- 250 grams of coarse flour
- 100 grams of finely ground wheat flour
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1 tablespoon butter
- 175 ml warm water
- oil for deep-frying.

Preparation:
Put all the flour and salt in a bowl, mix. Add 1 tablespoon of butter to this and rub it into flour with your hands. Then add water little by little, and stir until all the flour sticks together. Kneads the dough for about 5-8 minutes, until it is smooth and firm.
Then divide the dough into 16 pieces and roll them into balls. Next, roll the balls into thin cakes (2-3 mm thick)

We put a saucepan with butter on the fire. When the butter comes to a boil (so to speak), dip the cake into it and hold it at the bottom so that it swells. When the cake is inflated, it should be turned over, and then, after frying, take it out onto a dish.
Very easy and delicious. The cakes should be served hot or warm.

Irish soda bread (from the instructions to X \ P)

Milk (you can replace it with water or various vegetable broths with a slight deterioration in quality) 120 ml
Egg 3 pcs
Sl. butter (margarine) 85g
Sugar 60 gr
Salt 1 tsp
Flour 350 gr
Corn (Oatmeal) 140 gr
Baking powder 25 ml
Add caraway seeds, raisins and other flavors if desired

Kneading must be done as quickly as possible, otherwise the bread will be dense and rough. Butter can be replaced with vegetable oil.

Preheat oven to 180 ° C
Grease a baking sheet with vegetable oil.

In a large bowl, combine dry ingredients (from flour to salt). Add cold chunks of butter and chop with a knife into small pea-sized crumbs (or grind butter and flour with your fingers).
Add raisins and caraway seeds if desired and stir. Add liquid to the flour, mix with a fork (the dough will be slightly sticky).
Put the dough on a floured table, knead a little until dry flour disappears and form a round loaf 15 cm in diameter; put the loaf on a baking sheet.
Using a strainer, sprinkle the bread with flour (1 tsp). Make shallow cuts in the bread with a knife (2 cm deep, 10 cm long) in the shape of a cross.

Bake for 50-60 minutes, or until tender (the crust of the bread should be dry and hard, but it will soften as it cools).
Cool the bread on the wire rack, covering with a napkin.

Martian I understand that the recipe is addressed to me. Only this is a recipe for what? It seems that it does not apply to malted bread, and I was not looking for a bread recipe? What question do you answer? Remind me, maybe I already forgot what I was looking for?
