  • Cut the vegetables into pieces, put them in a saucepan, fill them with water and set them to simmer over low heat for about 30 minutes. Make sure that the liquid does not evaporate strongly.
  • Remove the pan from heat, cover with a lid and let the broth cool and brew.
  • We filter the broth through cheesecloth, pour it into molds, put it in the freezer.
