For minced meat (fish):
Cod fillet 300 g

Pepper taste
Potatoes (finely grated) 1 PC
For minced meat
Meat (pork + beef) 300-500 g
Onion 1 PC.
Pumpkin (grate) 50-70 g
Salt taste
Pepper taste

Cooking method

  • I knead the dough in HP on the "Pelmeni" mode.
  • I'll make a reservation, a recipe for quitters like me ...
  • Roll out the dough into a thin large layer and grease it with minced meat.
  • On the fish, we still put the grated potatoes.

  • I made a couple of rolls without a pumpkin ...
  • We roll up the rolls and into a cuckoo.
  • I cooked fish in a cuckoo, 2 minutes 3rd level, on "Roasting" - turned it over once (the total time of frying was 5 minutes). Then she poured it with milk-sour cream filling (2 tablespoons of sour cream + 100 ml of milk)
  • We put on the "Multipovar" mode 120 degrees, 7 minutes.
  • All meat rolls ... since they are not large, I put them in the pressure cooker bowl, 2 minutes 3rd level, on "Toasting".
  • Then I added a little water with spices .. well, ml 50 .., "Multi-cook" mode 6 minutes, 120 degrees
