Ingredients

cottage cheese 500gr.
egg 1 PC.
bananas 2 pcs.
flour 100gr.
baking powder 1 tsp
sugar 100gr.
vegetable oil for frying
flour for rolling

Cooking method

  • Make large enough cheesecakes (10-14 pcs), roll in flour and fry in vegetable oil for 4-5 minutes on each side.
  • For syrniki, you do not need to preheat the pan very much, otherwise they will start to burn quickly, and inside they will remain damp. The fire should be below average.
