I liked your recipe very much, but since I bake with sourdough, I had to count the amount of flour and milk. It turned out like this:

Milk 200 grams,
Whole grain sourdough 300 grams (of which 150 grams - flour c / z "French shtuchka", 150 grams - liquid),
Flour of the highest grade or 1st grade "Nekrasovskaya" (baked with both, the result is always pleasing) 360 grams,
Salt 1.5 tsp.,
Sugar 1.5 tbsp l.,
Sunflower oil 2 tbsp. l.


I put everything in the order in which I indicated it, in the bread machine (Panasonic sd 2500), I drive salt and sugar in a coffee grinder before laying it in order to protect the bucket from scratches, mode No. 18 "Pizza", during the first batch I watch the bun, during the second batch and after the second rise I turn off the breadmaker without opening the lid (to preserve heat). If the house is warm, then after three hours I check the rise, carefully opening the HP, and turn on the baking for 1 hour. If it is cool at home, then 1.5 hours after the end of mode No. 18 I turn it on to 40 seconds baking mode, after another 1.5 hours I check the rise and put on baking for 1 hour.
The bread is wonderful, very tasty. I bake it regularly now.
