In general, it is better not to lead to the need to use substances for the maintenance of the stove that are not provided for in the instruction manual.
For example, my stove is dusty with flour at the beginning of the batch. So, after baking and stopping the stove, I wipe the inside with a damp cloth - my stove does not require anything else at the moment.

But if you really need to thoroughly wash something inside, then you need to focus on products that do not contain aggressive components such as chlorine, etc., and also do not have large abrasive particles, so as not to damage the metal coating.
Admin

After baking and shaking the bread out of it, fill it with warm water for 30 minutes, then rinse it inside with ordinary dishwashing detergent and a soft sponge. And that's all.
I also get dusty with flour, after the end of the kneading I wipe the sides inside the bucket and the edges of the x / stove with a damp cloth.
Marusechka
Thanks for answers!!!! I wipe the inside with a damp cloth every time after cooking. But due to frequent use, the walls still began to acquire a yellowish tint ...
Tashenka
This is quite natural. Mine is already 3 years old soon, so the walls in some places have turned dark brown. And it's not because of the dirt. After all, ten regularly heats up the inner surface, then it cools down. The temperature difference affects the metal (these are smart people explained to me that way).
So don't be upset. After all, this does not affect the taste of bread. It is enough to wipe it with a damp cloth and then dry.
And under no circumstances should the bucket be washed until it has cooled down, otherwise the coating may be damaged. Better, if cooled down, pour warm water, wait until everything that is left there softens, and then rinse with a soft sponge without any additives.

It is enough literally a teaspoon of water poured into the top of the knife axis, so that in 5-10 minutes. everything has softened. Then the knife is removed and the axle is wiped with a wet cloth, and the bucket is just damp.
Bora Bora
I don't use detergents at all.

After removing the bread, practically nothing remains on the walls, I soak it for a couple of minutes - and wash it off with a sponge and water.
After the jam, I soak it for half an hour - there are pieces of fruit stuck to the side and it takes longer to wash sweets. I wipe it with a sponge.

The outer side of the bucket, in the old fashioned way, was wiped a couple of times with soda (there were brown streaks). Washed off perfectly.

I wipe the inside and outside of the bread maker with a damp cloth.
marishka
I wipe the bucket with a damp cloth, because after shaking out the bread, there is practically nothing left in it. The agitator stuck with a damp cloth and it can be easily removed. Inside the stove itself (where there is ten) I wipe it with a dry cloth. I don't use any detergents.

For almost a year of almost daily baking, the outer surface of the bucket darkened, brown spots and streaks appeared on it.
My wife bought a bottle of the product for the kitchen "Cif Cream Actife Fresh". After getting acquainted with its composition, I thought that this cream can be used to clean the outer surface of the bucket.
I applied it, as indicated, to a sponge, rubbed it for 15-20 minutes, washed it off under running water, trying not to flood the axle, and the bucket became silvery, as if it were new.

None. Nothing burns on me, so I easily rinse the bucket under the tap and dry it. And that's all. Moreover, the cake burns, is stable - all black, flies into the trash can, but the HP bucket is clean. Pah-pah.

I decided to take a picture of my x / n from the back to show the yellowness. And there is no longer yellow, but a brown spot:

Gosha ..For 10 months I have a slightly yellow current there. Tomorrow afternoon I will take a picture - that the light was normal. Standing at my window. The label on the top is faded, but the stove is white

My back became almost brown too. Still, it would be better if the body was made of metal.
Yana
I have x / n in operation for 9 months. At first (about four months later) it was also slightly yellow. I didn’t pay much attention to it, because it’s not visible from the front.

looked at her stove - also a dark spot. This is from the flour that burns on the ten (IMHO). I have a stove "booty" against the wall, I do not care about this stain.
Yana
But it seems to me that the lid holder is not well located and because of this, spots appear. The photo on the side shows that he is also brown. Hot air does not come out freely, but "rests" on this holder and "goes" up. Therefore, in this place the plastic changes color.

Girls, so it is washed off. Although it appears at the moment
Korata
here is my stove. I shot without a flash. In fact, the color is even paler. This camera corrected what is difficult to see))
Not mine on purpose - I just wipe it with a damp cloth. Maybe if you just try to wash it, then nothing will happen at all. But I just never paid attention to it.

Exactly. Wiped off with a dry terry cloth for about 5 seconds.

I rubbed with soda, it does not rub off.
Sonechka
I have the same! But at the same time she burns the bread! I already complained about this in the Panas branch255.
It doesn't rub off - you see it is scorched plastic, and not fumes from something burned out on a heating element.
I'm going to take her to repair.
Yana
If these stains could be wiped off, then probably I would not put a photo here. I completely agree with Zabu about the "disease" to burn out at "Panasonic":

Yana, I think that burnt bread and a stain on plastic are completely different things.
The bread is on fire (like Sonechka's and zabu's) - the oven burns out, I agree.
And the flour burns up on the heating element and the "burning" remains on the plastic - it's just from another opera.
In the first case - an obvious jamb of the thermostat.
In the second case, there is a cosmetic defect.

I think so (c) - frunzik from Mimino

Do not believe it! Spat and wiped off the stain! Shaitan Maybe he will stop burning too ?!

I have a stain, but the oven does not burn the bread. Apparently plastic reacts in this way to heating.

Soceka, you see what kind of cleansing "spits" you have. In general, saliva is an alkaline medium, that is, soda was correctly advised.
Or did you say "spat" - figuratively speaking?

As for "it will stop burning" - it will be a New Year's miracle. But it seems to me that taking it to the service will be more accurate.

(although you know, I somehow stopped drying the dryer. I called the master, he says: medicine is powerless, he didn't fix anything, he left. I turn it on the next day - and it DRIES))

Don't .. e .. e .. e! I spat in the most literal sense!
As for the New Year's miracle ... then, most likely, it will not happen ... I no longer believe in Santa Claus ...

Girls, 100% is NOT a reaction to heat.
I just saw - I have near the "exhaust" of the stove there is also a stain on the tile! and the tile is definitely not made of plastic.
This comes out soot or whatever the combustion products are called from any crumbs on the heating coils.

My stove is far from the wall, so I couldn't see it. Thank you, so you need to make sure that the flour does not fly out of the bucket when kneading.

If you spit directly into the bucket before setting the yeast?

And I can easily wipe off a stain, and it's almost black, and the bread does not burn. I even bake it on a medium crust.
3ay4ik
and I also have a yellow spot - it is almost rubbing off. remains slightly yellowish. And with bread it seems so far everything is fine

I also bake on a dark crust

Opening! Lysozyme, which is part of saliva, not only kills germs, but also destroys yellowness on bread makers!
Tanyusha
In my stove, the yellowness is only on the inside of the lid and is wiped off with a wet cloth, but outside the stove is all white.
Yana
Tanya1962, you have a different bread maker and the plastic on the case is probably of better quality.
Tanyusha
I have the cheapest Klatronic bread maker.
Yana
Cheap doesn't mean bad. If she perfectly bakes bread, makes dough and at the same time looks great, then this is a good bread maker.

And my Hitachi doesn't scrub anything, she is already 10 years old, but she continues to bake as well as in her youth. And the bucket was rubbed in places (both inside and outside), and yellowness appeared and scuffs formed ...
And so I "forgive" her for her appearance and bake only in her, and how many times she helped me out, and how "hardy" she turned out to be to the vagaries of temperature, ingredients, including my own.
Unfortunately, people and things lose their outer gloss over the years, if only the inner content remains the same as before.

I don’t see big problems with changing places of color, the quality of bread doesn’t suffer from this.
Yana
Admin, your stove is 10 years old, and mine is 9 months. Still, in such a short period, she should not change so much outwardly. If these brown spots appeared in three years, it would be natural. And it turns out that the plastic on the case is of poor quality, it does not withstand the temperature of the hot air coming out.

Yes, how do you know how it should change and when, you were given an expert opinion. And my stove had stains in its "youth", and so what? Hot air comes out. And now, too, like I will wash off the carbon, rub it clean, and then suddenly it appears again. How to get into her brains and find out at what stage she will "smoke" and when it will be necessary, pardon, put rags on this place. The plastic is so - and what to throw it out now!
She, which does not bake well, makes it worse for kneading the dough, etc.
What are the girls and boys fixated on! Then, immediately upon purchase, it was necessary to demand a certificate of plastic quality and what to expect from it.
Why wave your fists after a fight, rub on.

Well this is not a problem at all. Well it gets dark, so what, the main thing bakes delicious
My LG used to be and also darkened. So she is 10 years old, and bakes. I gave it to my mom now.

I never looked at the stove at all, I will wipe the inside after use and that's it, and what's behind it ... I went and looked after reading, a barely noticeable strip, well, so what, it's not on bread and doesn't bother me.
I, here, too, "stripes" under the eyes began to appear, but because of this no one criticizes me
Olga @
Girls, I think white plastic usually turns yellow over time. My plastic parts in the refrigerator turned yellow slightly. The refrigerator is ten years old. Even the white telephone (landline) turned a little yellow.

It turns out that many stoves are dusted with flour during kneading? And what is the relationship between the size of the bread and the intensity of dusting? My 253 is dusty both when mixing 400 and 450 grams of flour. If more flour will be added more? (I have not baked large bread yet). Baking goes without problems, what spills out strongly burnt does not smell. (After cooling, I wipe it ..)
