Are there home hairdressers among bakers as well? What do you use? Are you satisfied? I would be glad to have any information ...

I myself am not a hanger, but my husband and son use a typewriter with us, their 2 Vitek and Roventa.

tanya1962,
Oh-she-she, and more details can be? Are both satisfied with the nozzles available? etc.
I tried to read about cars on the Internet, but there are so many nuances, and sometimes there is nothing specific in the descriptions (in stores). And the weight is also important (light - it will break out, the hand will get tired from the heavy), and the speed of the haircut (the slow one will cut and pull the hair badly) and what the knife is made of, well, in general, you can't figure it out without real reviews ... (It's me only theoretically smart)

aynat now at work I cannot answer, I will come home to consider and write how many and which ones.

I'm not a hairdresser, but I cut my husband's hair with this machine: Vitek VT -1356
Stainless steel and ceramic blades
Precision cutting head
Low vibration and noise
Comfortable handle with rubberized inserts
Accessories: 4 clippers (3, 6, 9 and 12 mm), hairbrush,
scissors, brush, special oil.
The machine is not heavy, my husband likes it, does not pull hair, we use it for a long time.

My wife cuts my son with a Phillips. I don't remember the exact model. Includes 2 attachments for short and long hair. And each nozzle is adjusted by the machine itself for the length of the cut. With millimeter precision. Minus one. Dead batteries. Not even enough for one haircut. Although I followed them properly. Therefore, we cut with a power supply, since there is a long wire. I tried to disassemble it in order to change the batteries - I was afraid to break it. You just can't figure it out. There are no pritenzy about the quality of the haircut. For 3 years, the quality has not changed. Only cleaned after the haircut and that's it. I did not notice the wear of the knives when I looked closely. And there is nothing more to wear out.

I cut my husband with a Vitek VT-1364 SR: a set for a haircut
special telescopic mechanism that allows you to quickly and easily adjust the length of the haircut
function of locking the telescopic mechanism during the operation of the device
unique ergonomic design
charging indicator
Accessories: universal 13-position attachment, scissors, special oil, cleaning brush, adapter, charging base.
She cuts well, her husband still takes to work, he cuts his friends there.

The cars of the German company "Moser" are very good. Our professionals use them.

I have a Philips typewriter similar to the one Antoine described.
Of the advantages:
- floating nozzles, it is much more convenient for me with such, one up to 2 cm, the other up to 4 cm
- self-sharpening blades, I wanted to take Panas, but there all the time you need to lubricate with oil before cutting, otherwise it will dull quickly.

IMHO: mosers and osters are tailored for professionals and you need to understand whether you can work with them professionally as they do, on the stream, or you will remain at the level of an amateur, then there is no point in buying them, with your head you only need an ordinary typewriter.

I only had one misfortune - I stopped cutting my father and son under a typewriter, learned how to shorten where needed with a comb, and in general, very short ones don't suit them very well ... so I didn't need it at all, so I would have sold it.

And you actually only need a machine to cut your household or for prof. work? If for home, then my opinion, you can take a good one, but not fancy, as for professionals, not the most expensive.

Quite right. That's why I bought "Moser".

Tatalja, of course, I need a machine for a home haircut (son, my husband said that it would not be possible).

There is a sense to buy.
When I was choosing a typewriter for myself 5 years ago (my daughter cuts my hair), I looked at different models from different manufacturers - Phillips, Brown, etc. The prices were different, but the general thing that I did not like was the flimsy nozzles. Thin, crispy in the hands, it seemed to me that they would not last long.
I went to the "Everything for a hairdresser" store and saw a Moser 1400 typewriter. It cost 1,400 rubles then, which was comparable in price to household machines, but it was immediately obvious that it was a solid thing. Made in Germany, two bits - one 3mm, the other with variable pitch 6,9,11,13,16,18.
I'm happy with the machine.

I have a Vitek 1355 clipper (clipper attachments (3,6,9 and 12 mm), a comb,
scissors, brush, special oil) - serves for 10 years, I cut my son, husband and dad. Sometimes the dad of his brothers cuts his hair.
The child has grown more capricious in hairstyles, 2 years after they bought Vitek VT-1364 SR (from tatulja12 the same), I did not like the comparison, the previous one is simpler, but somehow more convenient, nozzles, but here the hair needs to be raised with a comb, especially if to the maximum you push it (13 seems to correspond to 2.5 cm), and this flimsy nozzle, and the presence of a battery is no longer happy. It is necessary to charge in advance otherwise and if the connected does not pull well, the old one was dropped recently, the case cracked a little, it works, but it vibrates unpleasantly in the hand and makes noise accordingly, you will have to buy again the simpler one. Well, this is for my family, my boys have soft hair, I cut my husband short with one nozzle at all, he can do anything with my dad, and I cut the bottom of the hairstyle with a machine, and the top with scissors, and for those whose hair is hard and probably stand alone and the second machine will do, and apparently you can get used to everything!

Thanks to everyone who responded. We bought Philips the simplest model, powered by a network (after reading about batteries). If I cut my son 5 times (at today's prices, and they grow every month), then it will pay off. And once I had already cut my hair, it turned out very well, although my hands were shaking. And my husband did not manage to train on it ...

Good day! I'm again with a question about the hair clipper. I need it for household use: to cut a child's hair once a month. I read a lot of information. It seems to have stopped at Moser 1245. But the price category is 155 cu. That is, it bites. They began to convince me that such a machine is not needed for the house and it will not pay for itself at all. I think to pick up the simplest one: a network one (I don't want batteries at all), with stainless steel knives or simple ones (but not ceramics), it is desirable to sharpen less and so that the hair does not pull and leave antennas. I looked at Roventa, but the reviews about them are not the most flattering, Panasonic wanted, but I did not find the network. Can someone tell me which models are worth looking at. I would be grateful for your advice !!!!!!

I have such a hair clipper Philips QC5120 / 15, I use it for more than half a year, I use it twice a month, the knives do not require lubrication, it is easy to clean and does not buzz or vibrate like the VITEK that was before. Yes, the retractable nozzle is very convenient. Just take Philips not with a rechargeable battery, but powered by a network.

NatkaM,

I started this Temko, in the end I chose Phillips QC 5005 (network), the simplest one. I have been cutting my son once a month for almost 2 years now. Hair does not twitch (son did not complain), "antennas" sometimes remain (when spinning), but once again I will walk and it turns out normally. I was not disappointed that I bought the car.

P.S. And the husband is never given ...

And we recently have a Philips QC5120 / 15 hair clipper. Before her, there was a terrible Vitek machine (called the correct hair clipper). I read here that some also have such a set and they are happy with it, but we were less lucky with this machine. She cut her hair simply disgusting, tore her hair, a haircut for her husband was a real torture. Fortunately, it was under warranty and we changed it, according to reviews we chose Philips, and we are very happy with this choice. Compared to how Vitek was cut, this is heaven and earth! And the haircut now takes 3 times less time. I read that those who are satisfied with Vitok have had a machine for a long time, I think, perhaps the quality of these devices has become worse, but there are now a lot of negative reviews about it. In general, I recommend Phillips (by the way, it also turned out to be 200 rubles cheaper, so when we replaced it, we also "paid extra")))) And I have known Phillips for a long time, my epilator has been plowing for 7 years. Another plus of Phillips is that the warranty for it is 2 years, and for many cars - only a year! Happy choice everyone!

We bought a PHILIPS QC-5010 clipper. I just cut my husband's hair for the first time. The haircut is model! - different lengths, transitions, contour above the ears, etc. I liked the result myself
this machine has a nozzle from 3mm to 21mm, powered from the mains (cord), it is comfortable in the hand. I have nothing to compare with, but I did not experience any inconvenience. Hair does not seem to be twitching (no complaints)
Gypsy
I have this Philips QC 5170
Hair clippers
very happy. Works both on batteries and mains. Accumulators are enough for a very long time, for several haircuts.

Some clippers require lubrication of the blades
The question is - what kind of oil can you use for this?
The one that was in the set is slowly ending.
It's just that there was such an inscription on the bottle "contains refined gasoline", you thought you need something special?

Hello everyone, I need your opinion, I looked after this machine 🔗 what can you say about her? otherwise I don't know much about it

IRR - Filipok is cool! Particularly nice is that this is a no-guy model with grease

A long time ago I bought a Phillips on Akum with 2 attachments, I use it regularly, I cut the back of the head and whiskey for my men in a minute!
Especially the machine began to help out when my son went to the military department, there it is strictly, you need to clean up very shortly every week.
And as a rule, we remember about a haircut at 12 at night on the eve of the day of going to the military, when everyone is already tired and hands are not standing.
So with shading with my hands I would have to mess around for more than 1 minute and the quality would depend on my condition
And so whack whack and free

So with shading hands I would have to mess around

it's hard for me to do it myself. And so in 10 minutes (it did not have time to discharge) and write 60 minutes without recharging. And washes under the tap
And so I took it because of the length - it is shorter at the bottom, longer at the top (41mm) and all with a typewriter.
