Category: Bakery

Ingredients

bitter chocolate
(2 is possible, it will be very chocolate)
1 tile
Walnuts150-200 g
Almonds (I took hazelnuts)150-200 g
Softened butter125 g
Sugar120 g
Egg6 pcs.

Cooking method

  • Break the chocolate into pieces, grind with nuts in a blender into medium crumbs (not dust).
  • Grind sugar with butter until light cream.
  • Separate the yolks from the proteins.
  • Stir the yolks one by one into the butter and sugar mass, add the nuts and chocolate.
  • Beat the whites into a strong foam, carefully combine with the bulk. It is advisable not to stir too much.
  • Grease the form with butter, lay out the dough, bake for 40-45 minutes until tender.
  • You can break some of the chocolate (from the second bar) into small pieces and press them into the dough before placing in the oven. If the cake is served warm, the chocolate will run out.

Time for preparing:

bake 40-45 minutes until tender

Cooking program:

Preheat the oven to 180 degrees

Note

Very simple and delicious.
This cake is good both warm and cold. When cold, it is crisper, whipped protein makes itself felt. It's very soulful with coffee. Chocolate cake (no flour)

Bon Appetit!

Hello!
Thanks Agnes for the recipe!
I tried to cook it yesterday. I give my opinion: it turned out well, only either the temperature of 180 degrees is too high, or the time of 40-45 minutes is too long, the cake is slightly burnt.
I think, in order to justify its proud name "CAKE", it must be decorated with whipped cream, and delicious and beautiful! But I still think the best name is Chocolate Pie because it tastes much better when hot. And yet, if you use not bitter chocolate, but let's say, creamy or milk chocolate, the taste of the cake will be softer and more tender.

Good day!

Glad you liked it.

It didn't burn with me, but I look after it, and put it in the middle of the oven, not down. The top of the cake should be light enough.

I can’t say anything about milk chocolate, I don’t understand it, I mean, I don’t eat it. In my opinion, it will be awfully sweet. Maybe if half of the bitter is replaced with milk

The family likes this cake with ice cream.
