Ingredients

DOUGH:
Sour cream 3 tbsp. l.
Egg 1 PC.
Butter 75 g
Flour 1-1.5 tbsp.
Sugar 1/3 st
Salt pinch
Soda pinch
FILLING:
Cottage cheese 150 g
Protein 1 PC.
Sour cream 1 tbsp. l.
Flour 1 tbsp. l.
Sugar 1 tbsp. l.
Yolk (for lubrication) 1 PC.

Cooking method

  • Beat the butter, gradually adding the egg, sour cream, sugar and salt. Then add flour and baking soda and knead the dough.
  • Mix the filling and roll out the dough 7 mm wide. cut out the circles with a saucer, put the filling and pinch the edges with a fork.

Time for preparing:

10-15 minutes

Cooking program:

Put the juices on a greased baking sheet,
anoint with yolk and bake at 230C.
