Curd casserole "Tender"

Category: Dairy and egg dishes
Curd casserole Delicate

Ingredients

Egg 5 pieces
Sugar 2/3 cup
Semolina 1/2 cup
Kefir (you can yogurt or yogurt) 1 glass
Cottage cheese of any fat content 500 gr.
Baking powder 1 tsp
Vanilla sugar 1 sachet

Cooking method

  • The recipe for this casserole was shared by Galka Domovushka, and she took the recipe from the Multicooker. RU. , for which many thanks to all of them.
  • I’ll give the author’s recipe, but of course I’m a quitter and made it much easier of course ... and in time I was limited. Therefore, I will write a recipe with my deviations from the set course ... my changes in italics
  • Pour the semolina with kefir and leave to swell.
  • Eggs: separate yolks from whites --- I did not share everything, whipped with a mixer along with sugar for about 10 minutes (it's good that I have a tabletop, whips it myself)
  • With a blender, mix cottage cheese, yolks, baking powder, vanilla sugar, manna-kefir mixture.
  • Beat the whites with sugar until soft peaks.
  • First add 1/3 of the proteins to the curd mixture, mix gently with a spoon and then add the rest of the proteins. (I whipped the cottage cheese with the semolina mixture with a blender, and then neatly at low speeds added this mixture to the egg mixture and beat everything a little)
  • "Baking" - 40 minutes, "heating" mode - 50 minutes, 10 minutes stand with the lid closed, then the lid can be opened and cooled. If you open it earlier, then the casserole will settle and will not be so airy.
  • Again, I deviated from the recipe: I baked in Cuckoo 0821 on Multipovare 55 minutes and 7 minutes just stood at me closed.... time was running out, I had to go.
  • The casserole turned out chuuuudo as good. Just like a soufflé.
  • Recommend.

Of course you can, I always put it from evening to morning so that I don't run around before work, don't fuss.

I apologize for the stupidity! And what buttons to poke? So that both the multi-cook and the 9 are ready? As soon as I see the instructions, BLONDINCO turns on. And when they show or tell - it's a completely different matter!

Now ... Use the menu button to select a Multi-cook, set the cooking time - this is 60 minutes, then press the Timer button and use the hour-minute buttons to set the time for which you need to cook and press the Cooking button. All.
Vinca
Hurrah!!!!! Thank you! Now I can use the timer !!! What a fine fellow you are!

I did everything in a "simplified version". I put all the products in the mixer bowl and turned on the mixing. I used 2 packs of fat-free cottage cheese and half a pack of curd mass with raisins. Instead of kefir, there was cream of 22 percent .; I put eggs instead of 5 - 4 (there were no more ((). On the COOKER for an hour. Half an hour on heating. 10 minutes with the lid closed. It turned out wonderful!

: (Lucky you !! and I don't have a slow cooker, I have AG. I was given a recipe book (it is of such a small format, nondescript and the recipes are in small print. It was given to my friend as a gift to Hotter) and from it the recipe for casserole was Now my friend is on vacation - I can't get to her. I didn't rewrite it in time, now woe to me! I did it according to other recipes, nothing happened. And I really want casseroles !! Can anyone have a recipe from this particular booklet?

Thanks for the recipe! I'm new here, just starting to tame the cuckoo. My first experience. It turned out delicious (even the son ate, although he cannot see the school casserole), only after transferring it to the plate, one side sagged a little and the bottom (well, what was above) slightly breaks. Maybe it took longer to bake? Did 55 minutes multi-cook + 20 heating + 20 without opening.
But how nice it was to pour the dough, leave and not think about anything

Thank you very much: flowers: Son, bon appetit, it's good when children eat something with pleasure. Maybe it was necessary to cool it a little harder ... I usually bake it for 55-60 minutes. Very often I do it on the timer at night and before we eat it, it just stands for an hour after cooking.

Tanya, thank you so much for the recipe! I have never tasted such a delicious and airy casserole. Mine were licked off the plate. The husband said: "Casserole for 5+. I did everything according to the original recipe. I managed to take the photo, but that was the end of the camera in the camera. So I will post the photo later. I ran to put a plus sign!"

Delicious casserole! Only I put 3 eggs in it. The first time, five simply weren't in the fridge, but the casserole turned out to be excellent, and therefore I did so the next times. I baked it in the oven, now I will try it in the cartoon)

Thanks for the recipe!

Thank you for your feedback. I always lay the same number of eggs. When you want a very curd taste, then less, and if something is close to curd pudding ... soufflé, then there are more eggs and beat harder, until fluffy good foam.

I dug up 4 eggs, I'll go to knead the cottage cheese, I'll unsubscribe later.
I opened Panas, but it’s not there, not like that ... I poked it with a stick - 65 minutes was enough, I closed it with a lid, I’ll hold it for 10 minutes, then I will open it. I will only risk taking out the cold one - it looks so white and light ... like polystyrene

Oh-oh-oh! it sank by 2 cm, apparently very wet, this is how it looks in poor light, if the piece survives until tomorrow, I'll show it in the daylight.

I would bake at 115-120, no more, the crust will be rougher, and the casserole itself will be denser.
olga4166
And the cottage cheese should be blended straight until it is lush, otherwise I still have it in grains? I did not notice the mixer type.
And how long does it take to bake, if at 120? Power 900 W. I baked at 135 hours ... it seemed normal, only the cottage cheese was grains.

Tanyusha, and took 250 glass, and the blender-mixer is gone for a long time - she interfered with a spoon - and the casserole turned out to be as cool as never before in my life (and I'm a very mature girl)! It was baked while I was in the bath, in Polaris 0517 on Pastry for 50 minutes. + 50 min. heated, opened immediately, since the cub descended to smell from the 2nd floor and demanded. THANK YOU!
