Bread Rose with cheese

Ingredients

Dough:
Flour 450 g
Dry yeast 7 g (2 - incomplete teaspoons)
Milk + water (about half) 290 ml
Sahara 1.5 tbsp. l.
Salt 1.25 tsp (spoon and a quarter)
Butter (melt) 60 g
Vegetable oil 60 g
Filling:
Bunch of dill
Cheese - I took Suluguni in half with Adyghe 150-170 g
Butter (melt) 70 g

Cooking method

  • For a split mold with a diameter of 24 cm
  • 1. Heat milk to steam temperature. Put half the sugar, yeast, a couple of tablespoons of flour there, stir and leave to rise.
  • 2. When the dough comes up, pour it into the bucket of the bread machine, add all the other products for the dough and put on the "dough" mode.
  • 3. When the dough is ready, divide it in two, roll it out, brush with melted butter, cut into pieces and sprinkle with dill and cheese.
  • I got 12 squares from each half of the test. Only 24.
  • 4. Then roll a rose out of one piece, put it in the center of the split form (cover the bottom with baking paper), and then take a piece of dough, fold it in half with the filling inside, dip it slightly in butter.
  • 5. Lay in a circle around the rose, fold up. When all the pieces of dough were laid, she smeared the entire surface of the bread with the remaining butter.
  • Then she put the form on the stove on top, covered it with a towel and turned on the oven to heat up 180 gr. After 25-30 minutes, the dough noticeably increased in volume.
  • I sprinkled the Gouda cheese grated on a coarse grater on top.
  • Bake in an oven preheated to 180 degrees until a beautiful ruddy color. After baking, cover the bread pan with a towel and let cool slightly.
  • It is completely unnecessary to cut the bread, since the pieces are easily separated from each other even without cutting.
