Ingredients

Red plums 6-8 pcs
Eggs 2 pcs.
Sugar 60 g
Flour 30 g
Starch 30 g
Baking powder 1 tsp
Thick cream 90 ml
Vegetable oil 90 ml.
Powder for sprinkling the finished cake
Mold oil

Cooking method

  • 1. Cut the plums in half and place them in a saucepan, cut side down.
  • 2. Grind eggs with sugar until white.
  • 3.Add flour, baking powder, starch to the mixture and stir well.
  • 4. add cream - stir.
  • 5. add vegetable oil - stir.
  • 6. The dough is thin. Spread the dough over the plums.
  • 7.bake in Oven mode 50 minutes at level 1... Check readiness with a knitting needle, if the cake is damp, add another baking time for about 5-10 minutes.

  • Put the finished cake on a plate, sprinkle with powdered sugar.

Note

I don't know if my pie looks like a cobbler, but it went very well with tea - soft and a little sour from the plums.
