Ingredients

Dough:

Kefir (I have yogurt) 1 tbsp.
Fermented jam
(in my case it was blackberry)
1 tbsp.
Sugar 0.5 tbsp.
Soda 1 tsp
Eggs 2 pcs.

Cooking method

  • I put it on "baking" for 50 minutes. Rose well (better than in the oven), made two cakes. Soaked a little with what I found in the refrigerator-balsam "Clean", I think that if there was a liqueur it would have been even better, I didn't bother with cream too much - I spread a bag of whipped cream. Since all this is sugary sweet to my taste, I put black currants (thawed) between the skins and the cream, rubbed a little chocolate on top. This is how it looks in section:

I read you for two weeks and decided to buy a multicooker. And immediately she arranged a test: I cooked soup with buckwheat (like the "Miner's" described here only on brisket), stewed chicken with potatoes for the evening, cooked semolina porridge in the morning (it turned out to be thick, it was necessary to practice with the ratio) and in the evening decided to put things in order in the refrigerator in as a result, this "masterpiece" appeared.

DOUGH:
1 egg
1 cup of sugar
1 glass of kefir
1 glass of jam without berries (I had a cherry with berries)
1.5 cups flour
1 tbsp. l. soda

Glaze: 4 tbsp. l. milk
2 tbsp. l. Sahara
1 st. l. cocoa
mix, boil over low heat until thickened, add
50 g butter and knead everything

Cream:
300-400 g sour cream
100 g of sugar (I always use powdered sugar in such a cream)
took 200 g 30% sour cream and 170 g 20% ​​and 3-4 tbsp. l sugar, but you can have more.

I did 0.5 tbsp. l of soda added to kefir and 0.5 tbsp. l in jam (I took cherry jam with whole cherries but pitted)

Beat the egg with sugar, add jam, kefir with soda, flour.
Lightly grease the bottom of the MV saucepan, add the dough and bake on baking mode for 60 minutes. + 15-20 min.
After the signal, immediately open the lid, pull out the saucepan and use the steam nozzle to remove the cake, cool, cut into 2 cakes, cut the top cake into cubes.
Grease the bottom with plenty of whipped sour cream with sugar and mix the cubes with the rest of the sour cream and put on the cake in the form of a slide. Top with chocolate icing.
