Glaze:
Milk 6 tbsp. l.
(90 ml)
Sugar 6 tbsp. l.
(80 g)
Butter 50 g
Cocoa 3 tbsp. l.
(15 g)

Cooking method

  • Mix dry (flour, soda, sugar, cocoa), pour in sour cream and beat in eggs, mix everything well until smooth. the dough will be the thickness of the liquid sour cream.
  • girls, the dough as a result should be quite liquid, like liquid sour cream. if it is not liquid, add another egg (eggs should be 120-140 grams). airiness-porosity depends on the dough liquid
  • pour onto a greased baking sheet (I covered it with a non-stick cloth). bake for 30 minutes at 1800C, or until the middle is baked.
  • Grease the hot cake with sour jam (I have currant jam), preheated in the microwave. cover with glaze.
  • Mix sugar with cocoa. Boil milk, add sugar with cocoa, cook, stirring occasionally, approx. 10 minutes. (I cooked for 5 minutes, it turned out to be watery, but very tasty) add butter at the end of cooking.
  • apply glaze to the layer, when it cools down - cut into diamonds.
