Thanks a lot for the recipe! Baking experience 1 month. All previous attempts (including "ready-made" mixtures) according to different recipes ended in failure (the roof fell, the taste was dim, the crumb was rather dense). This recipe worked out! Hurrah! The flour was really cut in half by 180gr of Makfa of the highest grade and 200gr of first-grade flour, and butter (due to its lack at hand) was replaced with sunflower oil (3 tablespoons). The bread is very soft, fluffy and delicious! The roof is (surprisingly) in place. Thanks again for the recipe.
