Ingredients

For bread weighing 1 kg:
Water 400 ml
Salt 2 tsp
Sugar 1 tbsp. l.
The oil grows. 1 tbsp. l.
Wheat flour 700 g
Dry yeast 1.5 tsp.

Cooking method

  • Take as a basis the simplest recipe from the instructions, from which you began to master your stove.
  • You do not have a measuring glass, so you measure the water with approximately a teacup. By eye, this cup contains 130-150 ml, so you pour 3 full cups of water from the office cooler into the bucket (not to the brim, but as tea is poured), and a little more.
  • Pour in one and a half teaspoons of salt and an almost full (no top) tablespoon of sugar (do not overdo it). Remember that vegetable oil is added to almost all recipes, and you splash 1 tablespoon of oil.
  • Pour 3-4 cups of flour (better less for a start, right?), And 1.5 teaspoons of yeast on top.
  • Set the weight to 1 kg, medium crust, and start the process.
  • Do not close the lid yet, because colleagues are watching, and you will have to add flour.
  • It can be seen - you are super pro! - that there is too little flour. Begin adding the flour carefully, being careful not to overdo it. I was lucky in this situation - I managed to add all the required amount of flour during the first batch.
  • How much flour? TO BOX! I do not specifically indicate the amount in cups, but you don’t need it.
  • The second (main) batch begins. Take a moment or two to make sure everything is going well. The gingerbread man (sausage) rolls around for itself, is not going to smear on the walls or crumble, and with every minute of kneading it looks more and more smooth and silky. Close the stove lid and go to work.
  • But, no wonder you are a super pro!
  • And knowingly bought a packet of sesame seeds. About an hour and a half before the end of the process, carefully, without pressing, grease the dome with cream (well, really none of your colleagues drinks coffee with cream?) And sprinkle with sesame seeds. All.
  • Soon, the work in the office completely stops, as the divine aroma of bread begins to spread through the rooms. At the workplace only you, everyone else crowded around the stove and counting the minutes until the end of the program.
