Focaccia with garlic and dill

Ingredients

Flour 3 tbsp. (420 g +) *
Sparkling water
You can take plain warm water
(I took 240 ml of old kefir)
1 tbsp. (240 ml)
Coarse salt 1 tsp (top)
Sugar 2 tbsp. l.
Rast. oil(I have sunflower) 2 tbsp. l.
Butter (melt) **
(I took 3 tablespoons of olive oil)
65-75 g
Dry yeast (fast acting) 8-9 g
(1 tbsp. L. Without top)
Garlic (crush) 3-4 cloves
Finely chopped dill 2 tbsp. l.

Cooking method

  • 1. Put all the products in the mixer bowl in the order as indicated.
  • 2. Knead the dough at low speed. Knead for 8-10 minutes.
  • 3. Cover the dough with a clean (pay attention ... Clean :))))) with a towel and put in a warm place for 1.5 hours.
  • 4. Knead the dough. We form a flat cake from it with a diameter of 28-30 cm.
  • 5. Mix melted butter (butter should not be hot) and garlic.
  • 6. With your fingers (you can also use your feet ... Whoever is comfortable ... The main thing is that they are clean :)))))))) we make cakes all over the area. Lubricate with a mixture of garlic and oil. Let it sit for another 25-30 minutes.
  • 7. Sprinkle with dill and salt
  • 8. We bake in an oven preheated to 230 g for 13-15 minutes until golden brown ...

  • My dough was kneaded by HP. I took 400 g of flour, the dough was steep, topped up with 1 tbsp. l. kefir! Everything else is prescription!
  • Tomorrow I will do it again !!!

I also baked it yesterday in the Princesses pizza oven. Proofing after kneading in a multitude of 35 grams, 40 minutes was enough. Fresh yeast, 6 g, liquid - water, 1 tsp was added to the dough. dry garlic and provencal herbs. After molding, it rose very well in the pizza oven on the proofer in 20 minutes. It was also baked for 20 minutes until golden brown.

Very soft, thick, tasty tortilla. No wonder I hadn't eaten anything for dinner before her yesterday. Her alone was enough.

There is no photo (they did not have time, they ate it), but it is very similar to the photo in the previous message.

Knead in an LG bread maker, the amount of ingredients is strictly according to the recipe. Baked in the oven on a stone for 8-9 minutes.
