Ingredients

Warm water 325 ml
Salt 2 tsp
Sugar 2 tbsp. l.
Rast. oil 1 tbsp. l.
Butter ghee 1 tbsp. l.
Flour 600 g
Dry yeast 1.5 tsp.

Cooking method

  • We load water, salt, sugar, vegetable and butter into the HP bucket

  • then pour the flour, make two indentations and add the yeast

  • put the bucket in the HP select the program 1 weight 1000 g, light crust.

  • when the display shows 1:50 HP, he kneads the dough for the last time and then I take out the stirrers, so the bread will be more accurate

Very simple and delicious! When there is a potato broth, I bake on it, the proportions are exactly the same. The bread is less tall, but also very tasty.

One kg. for us a lot, we eat for a long time, I would like to do less, then that the amount of flour needs to be reduced is understandable, but what about the program in the oven itself, choose the same one as for 1 kilogram?

I got a strong impression that the creators of these bakery units designed them for large families (at least 6-7 heads). Well, I will not eat 1kg. of bread! Once, however, I tried it ... and then I spent 3 days with this giant in the kitchen, shuffling this statue from table to table, because the monument did not fit into the table cabinet ...
In short, so as not to wander around the barn ... I counted this topic. If you are satisfied with the weight in grams, then wellcam. go may side. So:
The total weight of the bread is 750 grams. Program in "Mule" nambe "8" Cork-light.
The product was sculpted by a timer with a delay of 14 hours, that is, I concreted the trough, set the program, stuck the timer, drank beer, forgot ... I woke up - gypsum, oops, sorry BREAD !!!
Electronic scales are required.
The magic numbers are as follows:
Water: 150 m. L. (although I hang everything in grams)
Milk: 94 m. L.
Salt: 9 g.
Sugar: 18 g.
Rast. oil: 10.5 g.
Draining. oil: 10.5 g.
Flour: 450 g.
Yeast (SafMoment) 1 / 1-3 tsp. (one and one third of a teaspoon .. for some reason it was not possible to measure in grams)
By lunchtime, the bread sculpted and lured me out of the bed with the smell ... At lunchtime, I fed my spouse, who until the evening arranged literally a hunt for the "product", making regular sorties at intervals of half an hour, but I was not at rest in defense. The taste of bread and a purchased loaf is like in Yalta and on the moon ... IMHO.

the final taste of the "loaf" is the taste of the store loaf.

The only thing wrong is that it is very fried, okay, the crust is fried, we love this very much, but the insides are also somewhat dry, but tolerable.
