Fish in Polish

Ingredients

White fish (pike perch, cod, haddock)
the amount depends on the number of eaters
Spice:
salt, bay leaf, black peppercorns
Dill - a few twigs bundle
Egg - for one eater 1 PC.
Ground black pepper
Butter
(pre-melt,
can be immediately mixed with chopped egg)

Cooking method

  • Cook hard boiled eggs
  • Cook fish with spices
  • We cut the fish into portioned soup cups-plates (take out the fins, fin bones, ridge)
  • Chop the egg finely enough and sprinkle it on the fish spread out in the soup cups
  • Pour in the broth (here who wants to, I like it when there is a lot of broth, but you can pour a little), season with ground black pepper.
  • Put a piece of butter (if you haven't added it to the minced egg) and ..... BOND APPETIT!

Note

In our family (with Polish roots) this is already done by the 4th generation of housewives. The recipe is very simple, which is called haste.
