STARCH 4 tbsp. l.
Eggs 4 things.
vegetable or melted butter 2 tbsp. l.
sugar 2 tbsp. l.
salt

Cooking method

  • Combine flour, starch, salt and sugar in a bowl. Add eggs, stir with whisk. Pour in warm milk gradually, stir with a whisk. Leave for half an hour. Add butter and bake pancakes. The dough needs to be stirred as the starch settles.

Comments: the dough turns out to be very liquid - no need to add flour, it should be so. The mixer sprinkles such a batter - therefore, with a whisk, manually. It stood with me for about an hour - it was kneading before dinner. I was mentally ready to filter the dough - it turned out without a single lump! Stir before each scoop. Pancakes are thin, thin. turn over easily. After cooling it is very soft, the filling is wrapped very well. The pancakes turned out wonderful! I liked it very much! Now this will be one of my favorite pancake recipes.

AlKA, never thought about the harmfulness of starch, to be honest, puzzled. Potatoes, bananas ... It seems not scary ... No chemistry ... I don't have corn, I did it with potatoes. You can replace it, I think. If I'm not mistaken, you should put a little less corn than potato.

Ingredients

0.5 l milk

4 tbsp. tablespoons of potato starch
4 eggs
salt, sugar, flavorings - to taste
2 tbsp. spoons rast. oils

Cooking method

  • I put sugar 1-2 tbsp. l. With two spoons - sweet.

  • Mix all dry ingredients, add eggs and, gradually pouring in lukewarm milk, knead the dough. Add oil last, let the dough "rest" and you can fry.

Sorry for not being able to photograph the delicacy of the pancakes. The camera was discharged, as always, not in time. The pancakes are all in a small hole, very tender and tasty! There is no taste of starch at all!

With starch (with any), the pancakes will be a little harsh. The starch gives the dough some rubberiness.
Whoever does not get thin pancakes with flour, then add a little starch to the dough.

Cottage cheese + sugar + raw egg is smeared on a pancake. It is rolled up, then cut into pieces, placed in a frying pan or a dish greased with butter, poured with sour cream and warmed up. You can probably do the last stage in the microscope, but I have not tried it.
