Panasonic SD-255. White toast bread

Ingredients

Dry yeast (used Fermipan 2 in 1) 1.5 tsp.
Wheat flour, premium 380 g
Salt 1 tsp
Sugar 2 tbsp. l.
Vegetable oil 30 g
Water 250 ml

Cooking method

  • We put all the ingredients in a bucket of a bread machine according to the manufacturer's recommendation. In Panasonic, as you know, the manufacturer recommends putting first dry and then liquid components - we do just that.

  • Select the "Basic" program, the size of the loaf is small, the crust is medium and Start. After the temperature equalization procedure, mixing begins

  • The formation of the kolobok occurs independently, without third-party interference with shoulder blades and other accessories

  • Proofing now begins, then kneading and final proofing before baking

  • So, the display shows "50", which means the beginning of baking. Time passes slowly, especially at night, when you wait, and you really want to sleep ... But here it is, the cherished signal!

  • And now, as in advertising: we open, take out, show:

Note

I don’t remember where I got this recipe, but I use it all the time.
What can I say - bread is good, especially in the form of toasts - that's why I wrote "toast" in brackets.
I recommend this bread as a good morning bread that is baked at night without any supervision. I have been using this recipe for six months now and I haven't had a single puncture with it!

If there is 250 ml in a glass. flour contains about 150 grams, then in a glass 230 ml. - about 138-140 grams.

Use the table Amount of main ingredients per measuring cup and spoon https://Mcooker-enn.tomathouse.com/index.php@option=com_smf&topic=8236.0

I'll try your recipe too. We need just toast bread. So far I have baked only one milk, as a toast, and he did it. But since there is a special one, it is a sin not to use it.
I will report on the results. Thanks for the recipe !!!

I want to try your recipe, it looks very tasty. And the crust is shine, I just love it darker. Only one question torments (I'm a kettle): is it good for toasts, but for sandwiches, is it not too sweet?

Reduce the amount of sugar to the desired amount, to 0.5-1 tbsp. l.

Bread cannot be baked without salt - but without sugar you can! good and tasty bread turns out

Tomorrow to go on the road to visit, so I want to try to put this bread with stitching. To get ready in the morning and take a fresh one on the road. I read the comments, the Word is right. The question arose, if I take it out in the morning, after 8 hours standing on the grate - will it dry? Dilemma! Was there a similar experience?
Admin

Will not dry up, just until it cools down and matures
Frenzy
Thank you very much for your answer, Tatiana !!! So I'll go to sleep) !!!

Sorry for the trouble.
Such a doubt visited: in my instructions for the bread maker it is written that first everything is liquid, then dry from the ingredients, yeast on the highest piles of flour. In this recipe, the opposite is true. Is there a rule about the type of bread or bread maker?

That yes, I somehow forgot to put salt - I didn't think that salt would affect baking so much ... The bread got out of the bucket and rested against the lid of the HP, and how tasteless it was. They ate it.

It doesn't matter how you add the food. If you have the order of flour in water, put it like this.

Uh, got it. Thanks Lena!))

I let you down (Khlebushek didn't work out, all the same, I started working with the timer early. I had to experiment without it first. The lid fell, as always, and the edges were not smudged (in flour). I think there is too much yeast, or even more likely - the flour was damp. I will provide the photo later. And even better when it will work out. I will not give up and will definitely try again. In general, forgive me generously!

You're not the first, go for it and everything will work out!

great bread turned out !!!! thanks for the recipe.
everything is perfectly verified, I filled up only half of the st. tablespoons of flour. At first I thought that he would not rise, the bun was very small and an hour after the kneading took up only half of the bucket. But closer to the beginning of baking, it crawled over the bucket and rose very well.
I will still bake according to this recipe, only I will slightly reduce the amount of sugar - my husband does not like sweetness in bread.

Thanks for the recipe! I bake this bread very often, it always turns out lush, tasty, ruddy. The size of the loaf is small, it does not have time to get stale!

Thanks a lot for the recipe !!! I added 25 g of seeds to the recipe - the bread turned out to be awesome. In a few hours they made the whole loaf. Note: for my Vitek 1991 ST bread maker, it is better to use the "light" crust setting.

I am very glad that I liked the bread!

Bet 600-700-750 grams, depending on how much weight you have within these limits

I baked 250 breads in my Panasonic bread maker. The truth was that I took the bread recipe and baked my very first bread on it. It is slightly different from yours in proportions, but it turned out to be very tasty and tall. It's just that in that recipe, the number of products is indicated for large bread in size, but in this recipe, probably for the smallest one. I took 500 grams of flour and 330 ml of water, my family is big, so big bread is just right. Sometimes I replace the water with serum.

: girl_cray: Thank you for the delicious bread. : girl_romashka: We baked 3 times and we will bake more. You can ask you to count on a large loaf (950gr), otherwise it is not enough for us.

I have been looking for a recipe for such bread for a long time and came across it yesterday. I baked it today. It turned out and even very much! The bread came out just fabulous: high, despite the small amount of flour. I myself do not understand why it turned out so big, as if flour was put in it not 380g, but all 500-550g.The crusts are ruddy, like the hump itself. Just a delight! The bread was baked on an accelerated program: 1h55min. The flour was weighed on an electronic scale, a spoon and a glass from cotton. I did everything strictly according to the recipe, changing only the program, since there was no bread in the house for breakfast, or rather, for some reason, there was not enough of it, I had to bake bread before my men got up. Thank you so much for posting this recipe here!

Speckla today. It turned out. But! I didn’t see what was in the recipe for 1.5 tsp. yeast. And I threw 2. The bread got out of the bucket and rested its top on the lid. Naturally, the crumb remained moist at the junction of the bread and lid. But this is nonsense. She took it out, turned it over, put it on parchment paper in a multicooker and fixed everything in 10 minutes. Good bread. Only I do not need to bake on a dark shorter, as I used to in the previous stove. Now I have redmond 1908, and I had lg hb151je.
