this is not the same Prague.
You have a link to Prague from Gasha. Galya took the recipe from her notebooks! The recipes are different.
If the moderators transfer this recipe to the topic for Gachet, it's a different matter, but the recipes are different, albeit slightly similar.
One thing I can say, I was making this cake for a new job.
So the ladies there, whispering among themselves, said that he was very similar to real Prague.

and I took the recipe from here: 🔗 Alena's site from good cook, though registration is needed here.

and I also baked this Prague:
🔗
But it still turns out drier than the recipe that I exhibited.

I realized that you don't argue.
I saw your Prague - beautifully decorated !!
I just made the difference, just in case.

Although it seems to me that Prague in any variant is delicious!

Girls, I also have a similar recipe from a very old magazine. The products are the same as in the above two recipes, only slightly different proportions and some other differences. But also condensed milk (in cake and cream), and sour cream and so on. By the way, I can also add walnuts if you wish. Many guests like it, but they are a bit heavy. But in its own way it is good and tasty. And most importantly, bake it - a couple of minutes AND always without misfires.

Well, here's another proof that Prague, no matter how many options did not exist, they are all delicious.

How long have I been looking for just such a "Prague" - gentle, melting in the mouth, quickly soaking !!! The sponge cake turned out great, the cake was cut into 4 parts, though cream with boiled condensed milk, but it's still exactly what I wanted! The most important thing is that the children ate with pleasure, praised, but the husband, having heard about the sweet dessert for dinner on the phone, immediately got ready to go home! Lyra, thank you from the bottom of my heart !!!

Thank you for your feedback !!! I didn't even expect! I am very pleased! although the recipe is not mine, but I really love it.
As for the cream, I can say - I take a sly jar of boiled condensed milk and half of the remaining one, I take less butter .. and if it's very sweet - add cocoa.

I baked a delicious cake ... but only with 2 tsp. cocoa it is not brown or chocolate at all, the color is slightly creamy. Maybe you need more cocoa? And by the way, what glasses? I took 200 g ...
