  • Pour in milk and kefir. Add flour. Place diced soft butter on top of flour. Pour salt and vegetable oil into different corners of the bucket.
  • Clatronic BBA2865. White bread in a bread maker
  • Program No. 3 - "White Bread" (Weissbrot) - 3 hours 50 minutes. Average size, light crust.
  • I also cover the junction of the lid with the HP with a folded towel several times.
  • Clatronic BBA2865. White bread in a bread maker
  • The gingerbread man is formed normally. The dough is soft.
  • That, in fact, is all.
  • Just in case, I just want to show you how I avoid the holes from the shoulder blades.
  • After the last workout (the display at this time shows the time 1:55)
  • I take out the dough from the HP, take out the scapula, grease the pins with vegetable oil and put the dough in place.
  • Clatronic BBA2865.White bread in a bread maker
  • This is what the dough looks like before baking.
  • Clatronic BBA2865. White bread in a bread maker
  • After the signal about the end of the program, we take out the bucket from the HP, let it stand for 10 minutes and shake out the bread on the wire rack. Cover with a linen towel and leave to cool. The milk and butter make the bread smell like butter.
  • P.S. The roof wrinkled slightly as it cooled down, as my kitchen is very cold.

This is beauty! bukhanulik wow

Stеrn, why do you cover it with a towel, is there a big gap, a draft?
Stern
Tsyganochka, thanks!

There seems to be no gap, but if you do not cover it, it rises unevenly and the top does not brown.
Sonia's mom
Thanks for the plain white bread.

The little daughter is now asking not for cookies, but for your bread. This is the biggest indicator for me.
zoinka15
What a beautiful bread!
Stern
Whose?
zoinka15
Both yours and Mom's Sony
Yesterday and today I baked my first bread. It came out great, although I was very afraid that it would not work. The child and her husband are delighted!

P.S. The roof wrinkled slightly as it cooled down, as my kitchen is very cold.

Stеrn, can I ask a question here so as not to run around the forum?

Is the roof shrinking just because of this or because of non-compliance with the proportions of water / flour, this can also be? At the same time, the sides and the roof itself are in place, do not collapse.
It is so offensive when a flat loaf deforms after cooling.
Stern
Sonadora, I believe that this is only from a sharp temperature drop.
zoinka15
I wrinkle too, I think that's why. that I take out the bread immediately and cover it with a towel. Today I will try to leave it in the oven until it cools completely.
Stern
zoinka15, it is not necessary until it cools completely, the crust will damp!
chertenok13
Thanks for the recipe, the bread turned out to be very tasty. But my hat fell off, most likely due to the fact that the bread maker was standing in a draft. And I also replaced kefir with fermented baked milk) the taste did not deteriorate from this))
Stern
chertenok13, I am very glad that I liked the bread! Clatronic BBA2865. White bread in a bread maker Thanks for your feedback!
It is possible that the dome fell off due to the draft, perhaps it was necessary to add a little flour, then the dome would not fall.
chertenok13
thanks) I will try to add flour next time)
Anna77
The bread is cool, I just noticed one regularity, I always put the ingredients in the reverse order, you just put the yeast at the very end, as it is written in the instructions, I have SUPRA-230, MAYBE THIS IS WHY IT IS SOMETHING TIGHT FOR ME!?!?!?!?
Stern
Anna77, I think it's not about the order in which the products are booked (of course, we follow the instructions of our HP).
I have nothing to compare with, I have one HP.But I remember exactly that one of the owners of two HP pointed out that for each model it is necessary to adjust the amount of flour.
Just try adding a little less flour next time.
Anna77
thanks, I'll try !!!

Stеrn I'm going to try your bread, because I bought fresh live yeast, but now there was a doubt that 9gr is not enough, and even more so because in the photo you have there clearly not 9gr and not 1 tbsp. l of sugar so what to do here? the seller said 30g per 1kg of flour
Do you have 500 means 15gr? I'm waiting for 10 minutes and I will look for another recipe (with live yeast) please answer quickly

I don't understand what caused this mistrust?
It is 9 grams of fresh yeast and 1 table. spoon of sugar.

I already bake according to your method and it seemed to me that when everything fell asleep it looked like this
I'm sorry
Stern
Let's go! Good luck with your bread!
LudaMila
baked bread, but as they wrote here already, the roof fell even during the rise and did not rise, (probably the only minus in this recipe) immediately tried it with my husband vkkuussnno! lush porous!
Stern
The downside is not in the recipe, but in the fact that we all have flour of different quality. Next time add a little, the roof won't fall.
LudaMila
OK!! thanks for the advice!! I will add more flour grams so 50
Elena28
I read in the instructions why the bread is falling: there is not enough yeast (because usually for 500 grams of flour, 20 grams of yeast is calculated), you cannot combine the liquid with yeast. it is better to bury yeast in flour
Stern
Elena28, welcome to the forum!

Usually (I mean the simplest table bread) 500 g of flour goes 10 g fresh yeast. 20 g is used for bun dough, and even then not always.
I very often pre-dissolve yeast in liquid, and usually I just pour the yeast and sugar with liquid.
So experience says something quite different from what is written in the instructions for the HP.
Elena28
I baked the first bread, too, poured yeast with liquid, since I myself always did this with pies, but I fell, read it and buried it next time and you know it worked. I really never covered with a towel now I'll try. in general, I'm a beginner in this business, so I'm interested, I'm looking for good bread
Stern
Yes, there are most of the good recipes on the forum, but you need to adjust any one "for yourself", for your products.
LudaMila
Great bread !!! I only bake it, only recently I forgot and confused (giggling) I added 100 ml of kefir and 200 ml of water, but even so it turned out great! It's good that I found you, otherwise I raised the whole forum to its feet, now I won't lose it !! Added to bookmarks!
Stern
Lyudmila, good health to you Clatronic BBA2865. White bread in a bread maker and thanks for the tip!

I also sometimes fall, but here I am to blame, if the kefir is thick, then I hardly add flour, and I always put 20g more, and it does not fall
fray Zayac
Well, I just thought - that flour should be added)))
donatel
Stern, thanks a lot for the recipe. I have a brand new bread maker, I only have it for 2 days. I love to cook and bake. I still baked the bread in the oven. I hope that with HP this process will be simplified. Please tell me what kind of flour do you use, where do you buy it, what number? I also live in Berlin.
Stern
donatel, congratulations on purchasing an assistant! On your health Clatronic BBA2865. White bread in a bread maker and thanks for the tip!

I prefer to buy flour in Lidl from Grafschafter Typ 405. This flour matches the GOST recipes. I tried Bio Typ 550 in the same store. It's not bad either, but this type of flour takes much more.

Stеrn, thank you very much!

Yes, I understand that in the subject, I read the first recipe and immediately a bunch of questions .... 1. the sequence of bookmarking products - everywhere they write that first liquid - at the end yeast (crumble flour on top) - is that so? 2. what kind of yeast - they are all different (how to determine the quantity? Only empirically I will probably try according to your recipe, I will write about the result ...

The sequence of bookmarking products is described in the instructions for the HP. In our HP, first liquid, and then flour. Dry yeast is poured on top, and fresh yeast can be diluted in liquid or crumbled to the bottom of the bucket as I do.
Yeast is different for everyone and tests for yeast activity in different ways.
You take a walk around the forum, all these topics have already been discussed and you will find answers to your questions.

We study the basics of bread kneading and baking here Bread again did not work out, everything was done strictly according to the recipe. What can be wrong? https://Mcooker-enn.tomathouse.com/index.php@option=com_smf&topic=146942.0
Recipes for bread makers can be found under Yeast bread, by type of bread
Spectrumcook
Thank you, I read all the recommendations and it helped everything work out. But can anyone tell me whether it is possible to bake rye bread in my bread maker (Clatronic Bba 2594) and if so, on which program so as not to spoil it in advance.

Exchange of experience on your x / stove here https://Mcooker-enn.tomathouse.com/index.php@option=com_smf&board=360.0, it is not customary for us to mix all the information in one pile
