Vegetable stew with meat (Cuckoo 1054)

Ingredients

Potatoes 4-5 pcs
Tomatoes 2 pcs
Cabbage 150g
Bulb onions 1 PC
Pork meat 300 g
Cheese 50-100 g
Mayonnaise taste
Sour cream taste
Salt taste
Pepper taste
Spice taste

Cooking method

  • I rubbed all the vegetables with a shredder nozzle with Burner
  • I put everything in a pressure cooker bowl in layers, smearing it with mayonnaise and sour cream + spices, salt, pepper.
  • The first layer is potatoes, in slices
  • The second is cabbage
  • Third - meat (flat pieces)
  • 4th-tomatoes
  • Fifth-bow
  • I smeared everything with mayonnaise and sprinkled with grated cheese.
  • We select the "Stew" mode, press the "Start" button and ... do what we want.
  • According to my observations: the beginning of the program in 18-34, steam release 19-09, bubbled at the end 19-13 and the dish is heated.
  • It turns out the program worked for 39 minutes.
  • Everything was cooked perfectly (this is an assessment of my family), so girls, you can safely cook meat (not in large pieces), vegetables, minced meat products in this mode.
  • In general, I liked the regime, I will cook on it. You can safely put this mode on the timer and get a ready-made dish by a certain time.

Note

Well ... we continue the tests, I am experiencing everything ... my household eats everything ...
For tonight I had a dilemma of what to experience, whether "Stew" or "Stew".
I decided that I needed to cook at least one more dish on the "Stew".

When I open a photo, I always burst out: "Wow, you!" Always beautiful, interesting, informative. You have great photos,Tanyulya
The cooking time is amazing. Although I perfectly understand that the preparation of products takes the same or even more time. But the result is fabulous!
The "pan" is washed hard,Tanyulya ?
Tanyulya
Lanochka(you can), the saucepan is washed perfectly, just with a cloth. When you don't want to push your hands under the water at all, then PMM. I really like this saucepan, though there is a bit of wear, but I still love it. Preparing food .... well, this is the same game of "kitchen", teochka Berner, it's so interesting. Apparently I just sooooo love experiments and love to cook. Therefore, it's all kind of joking and playful. Thank you for your feedback. Good luck!

Tanyulya, respect !!!
Made a stew, only instead of tomatoes - Krasnodar sauce. Delicious, no hassle. The program worked exactly as long as you wrote! You could go about your business calmly! I really liked it.
If not difficult, in future recipes also write the approximate running time of the program. It is very important! I cannot calculate the total cooking time yet, THANKS FOR YOUR WORK!

This dish was cooked in automatic mode, therefore, the cooking time did not depend on Tanyulya, how much was included in the program, then it turned out

You need to pay attention not to the total cooking time of the dish, but to the ACTIVE TIME of the Multi-Cook program, which you yourself set on the pan screen. The total cooking time will depend on this time.

Also be guided by this table. https://Mcooker-enn.tomathouse.com/index.php@option=com_smf&topic=76459.0, and everything else is our own experience, we all go through it

Admin, thanks! I will try to learn to count.
It turned out to be the most difficult for me to adapt to the cooking time, because even letting off steam, etc.etc., kuku cooks, so that it is not overcooked, you need to set the correct time. Cooked broth on Multipovar, set for 10 minutes. The dish took about 50 minutes to cook, everything cooked great (chicken not homemade, store broiler in pieces). Now I know the cooking time for the broth. That's why I'm asking the approximate time. Maybe I'm writing incomprehensibly? Or does everyone go through this?
Tanyulya
Rimmochka, I will write everything ... I reach everything "by typing".
Broth, by the way, I cook for 12 minutes on Multipovar 120 degrees.
Rimma71
Tanyulya, thank you so much for your support !!

Rimma71 , and this is the most difficult thing for everyone is that we are now so "cool" after ourselves figured out a little how to set active cooking time

Tanya, I want to cook meat today according to this recipe. but with eggplant. Add onions, tomatoes, grease everything with sour cream. My question is: do you get a lot of liquid? I have never cooked on stew and therefore do not know. I don't like a lot of liquids, I like drier

Luda, that's enough, there is some broth. I always have a lot of liquid on my Stew, but my gravy is loved. I won't say that everything floats straight, but there is.

Thanks for the quick response. Maybe then I will evaporate the liquid on the oven with the lid open. Or I'll cook it on a multi-cooker. I wanted to try the stew, otherwise I'm all on a multi-cook. Tan, off topic, but I envy your Orsyusha. According to the descriptions, I really like her. But we are two and we have two

People, I like the Stew program, or rather not put it that way, my eaters like meat on this program. As for the orsyushsha, I am delighted (but I will repeat myself for the time being I cannot say for the pan, there is only time in operation) !!! I will make a comparative video, I will definitely post it. But lately I've been cooking more in it.

A very good and versatile recipe !!!! In my opinion, you can cook with any meat and vegetables at all. The dish turns out to be very juicy (and in its own juice) without adding oil or water.

Recently I have started to cook very often with stew. We really like it. Yesterday I made pork with eggplant preparation, which is with tomatoes and pepper.

Yes thank you. The recipe is really universal. You can take any meat, you can use fish. I don’t like to add water, it’s more to my taste, of course, in my own juices.

The program is good, you know exactly how long it takes, or anything does not burn.

And if you cook in Shteba, which mode is better to set? I aim to make the first thing in it)
