Cheesecakes "Grandmothers"

Ingredients
Wheat flour 7 tbsp.
(ordinary glass)
Milk 1.5 tbsp.
Sugar 1 tbsp.
Margarine pack 250 g
Fresh yeast 1 small. pack.
Egg 3 pcs.
Cooking method

Heat the milk, add 0.5 sugar + yeast + 3 eggs + 1/2 pack of margarine (must be soft) + flour. Knead the dough (with my hands, you can also use C / P). Divide into 3 parts. Let it come up for 1 hour.
To grease the dough:
1/2 p. Margarine, add 0.5 tbsp. sugar, grind.
Take 1 part of the dough, roll it into a rectangle, grease it with crushed margarine, you can sprinkle it with poppy seeds, cinnamon or whatever you like.
Roll up into a roll, cut into pieces. We pinch the bottom of each piece.
Let it come up, grease with a beaten egg and put into the oven

Jeannet , yes, in my opinion 100g, I'm already used to it (I take the same ones) and I don't look at the weight on the package.

Irina @, REMEMBER HOW EXACTLY YEAST NEEDS, THAT I DO Doubt I NEED 100 GRAMS. From 100 g, you get 8 loaves of ordinary bread, 800 g each (take 500 g of flour)

I baked buns from this dough and 2 rolls at the weekend. It turned out, as always, super tasty and no longer.
