Romchka , we just adore this dish I read it, once upon a time, in the book "Ukrainian Stravi", which is translated as "Ukrainian dishes", published somewhere in the 60s. Since then, as soon as my fishermen catch carp, so we have Carp in sour cream. So in the book, in the recipe, fried crucian carp are put in the first layer in a baking dish (you can also portioned), then fried onions, potatoes in circles, fried until half cooked. Everything is poured with sour cream and baked in the oven until tender. In small carp, the bones become soft, you can easily eat them.
