True, it gets stale pretty quickly ... We somehow eat a little bread, we haven't eaten half of it

I don’t know ... it takes a day for us ... I bake every day (my husband absorbs it in large quantities)

In which bread maker does program # 1 take 4h15m? Can you please tell me, I did not find such a long baking program in my BM450 Kenwood ... I tried it in my program No. 1 and it turned out raw ... I only put it on baked goods - overdried it ...
Please describe the stages of your HP work, who did it, I will manually set the necessary time intervals ...

Thank you, I and my family really liked it, I wanted the simplest recipe, I added a spoonful of cumin, instead of dry yeast there were fresh ones, apple cider vinegar, a little more honey than 2 tbsp. l, the order of bookmarking according to the instructions for Panasonic used the first program, it turned out almost perfect, "almost" because the roof is a little uneven, but I missed and the yeast was not 9 but 11g, I will repeat :) Honey gives bread a very refined taste, while this is the least laborious wheat-rye of those you like.

bake honey, you can not poison yourself with phenylfurfural (when the honey is heated above 60 degrees Celsius, it is necessarily released)

LuBimaya,
I also do not like the sweet taste, well, or sweetish, so to speak. And if you remove honey, how will this affect baking? I bake in HB.

Will not affect! You can replace honey with sugar, or reduce the amount of sugar. You should not remove sugar from the dough at all, it affects the color of the bread crust.

Admin,
With honey, everything is clear, but remove the oil as well. What can you advise here?

Tell me how to remove oil from this recipe?
Is it possible to plant oil 2 tbsp. l. replace with 1 tbsp. l. water and 1 tbsp. l. vinegar (a total of 3 tbsp. l. vinegar will be too much !!!)

For 600 grams of flour, you need about 400 ml. liquids, including oil, vinegar, honey. And proceed from this. Vinegar can be added as little as 0.5-1 tbsp. l. so that the bread does not taste sour. Yeast is not enough, you need 1.5-1.7 tsp. dry yeast.
Watch the dough, if necessary add a little water to make the dough soft (but not liquid).
