Ingredients

Boiled mushrooms 3 Kg
Bulgarian pepper 1 kg
A tomato 1 kg
Carrot 1 kg
Onion 1 kg
Rast. oil 0,5 l
Vinegar
(pour to your taste,
because less is possible, I tried)
100 g
Sugar 1 tbsp.
Salt, bay leaf

Cooking method

  • Mushroom solyanka 1
  • Cut pepper, tomatoes, onions as you like, for a salad. I rub the carrots for Korean carrots, but you can use a simple one.
  • Cook everything for 3 hours. Put in jars and roll up.
  • Instead of pepper, you can give cabbage, less than 1 kg. Or you can make it in half with pepper and cabbage.
  • Mushroom solyanka 2
  • Pour 0.5 l of sunflower into a saucepan. Boil for 15 minutes. + 1 kg. grated carrots. Another 15 minutes. boil + 1 kg. chopped onions. Another 15 minutes. boil + 1.5 kg of boiled mushrooms + 1 tbsp (or 0.5 tbsp, whoever likes it !!!!) vinegar + salt. And boil for 45 minutes.
  • Arrange in banks and roll up.
  • It turns out about 4.5 liters of ready-made salad.

Note

It seems I have not exhibited yet. And then again I fell, so I remembered. Honey mushrooms are suitable, weeping mushrooms. Boil them and cut into small pieces. In winter, these two salads are the most favorite!

Of course I tried. Both hot and cold. Very tasty But what about the salt? I had 1.8 kg of mushrooms. Hence reduced the proportions. First I put 1 tbsp. a spoonful of salt, after a couple of minutes I added it, but already much less than a spoon. In short, artisan, you were right: you have to try. It also depends on the amount and taste of the tomato, the amount of vinegar, etc.

I will definitely compare. But my cut shape is almost invisible, because the hodgepodge turned out to be very gelatinous. All from your own laziness. A seven-liter saucepan, and I stuffed two buckets of honey mushrooms into it. If I cooked in three passes, the result would be somewhat different. But it's still very tasty.
