Chicken cutlets Juicy

Ingredients

chicken fillet 1 kg.
eggs 2 pcs.
mayonnaise 70gr.
flour 40gr.
salt
pepper

Cooking method

  • Cut the breasts into cubes about 1-1.5 cm.
  • Add eggs, mayonnaise, flour, salt (a little since mayonnaise already contains salt), pepper.
  • Mix everything well and fry in a pan with refined sunflower oil, like pancakes, spreading it out with a tablespoon.
  • Carefully splash very heavily!
  • The oladics are very juicy and tender!
