Pumpkin Lemon Jam

Ingredients

Pumpkin 1 kg
Sugar 1 kg
(less possible)
Lemons 2 pcs.

Cooking method

  • 1. Cut the pumpkin into cubes, cover with sugar and leave until juicing.
  • 2. Put the pot with pumpkin on fire, bring to a boil and boil for 10 minutes.
  • 3. Allow to cool and repeat the cooking process 2-3 more times (keeping a pause between cooking until it cools completely).
  • Before the last cooking add the lemon, cut into pieces, along with the peel, but without the seeds.
  • 4. Puree the finished jam with a blender.

Note

Delicious jam! It tastes like tangerine!

Delicious! I prepared this myself + also added an orange instead of lemons. The only thing I cooked in a bread maker on the "jam" program, after steaming the pumpkin pieces in a double boiler and chopping them. Pumpkin is also very useful for women's health.
