by chance - because of my impatience - first I bought this Delonghi BDM 1200S - and then after figuring it out - thanks to the participants of this forum - for which many thanks to them - I bought another Delonghi BDM 125S - the fundamental difference is the possibility of programming

As far as I understand, for January 2009 Delonghi BDM 125S is the only bread maker with the ability to program in the Moscow market

Please measure the mixer spacing and fit (pictured). I have an Alaska BM2000 stove and a poteksalnik, and then the shaft fell out. But there are no spare parts for the Chinese stoves, and this Delongy, in appearance, is an exact copy of Alaska (rather, the opposite is true). You can order a new bucket for it, but you need to clarify these distances.
Thank you.

Dear! Tell me where to get instructions for Delonghi BDM 1200S
(the one on the site has nothing to do with the BDM 1200S)
petrof
People who can explain how the INTEGRALE, DOLCE and SENZA GLUTINE modes differ in comparison with CLASSICO in terms of kneading time, raising, baking.
Lara Croft
I also have Delonghi 1200, and the instructions seem to clearly describe which mode for which type of baking, and by time there is everywhere + - 15 minutes. It's just that the kneading takes place a little differently in CLASSICO and DOLCE (after about an hour of kneading, it squeaks and asks for additives - raisins, nuts), first kneads, and then heats, and in INTEGRALE he first heats the products and then kneads.
Maybe something is wrong, excuse me, so far I have understood everything for myself that way.
I'm still just learning too

Good day! I also have Delongy, only the model is different. I use the characteristics plate from the Instruction to Delongy 125. I think that all automatic modes for these HPs should be the same.It is very convenient: there is the duration of kneading, deboning, rise time, temperature (and rise, and baking, and residual heating), etc. You can use it, and then if something does not match, then correct it.
PS And it is also very cool to make milk rice porridge in the "jam" mode! Super!
Lara Croft
And can you tell about porridge instead of jam in more detail, otherwise I just read about this and almost fell off my chair?

For the first time on your forum. Greetings to all amateurs and professionals. The problem is as follows.
After almost a year of operation of the bread maker, the bread began to rise poorly. Initially, everything was OK.
They baked it many times according to a well-established recipe. I tried to adjust the proportions of ingredients (flour, water, yeast), as advised in the instructions. Ineffectual about. He assumed that the settings for the baking program modes were violated. As described, the 1200S has no custom program creation modes. All buttons are functional, they are used to select programs from among those available in the machine.
Turning on the machine while pressing and holding the button
"START" turns out to enter the menu of step-by-step execution of the entire program cycle. In this case, on the display, by pressing any of the buttons, the following are alternately displayed:
301 ... 450 ... 1 (stirring on) ... 2 ... 3 (stirring on) ... 4 ... 5 ... 6 ... 7 (stirring on) ... 8..9 ( beep) ... 10 ... 11 ... 12 ... 13 (all symbols appear on the display), then some codes are indicated: 15EE and 167E.
Maybe these are checksums of the program check?
Then the screen is blanked and you can repeat everything. The heating turns on too, but I didn't track which positions.
It seems that the stove is operational, but how can you be sure of this?
Specialists in bread makers, tell me how the programming and storage of programs in bread makers is organized? Microcontroller with internal ROM? Is the program written from the programmer or is there access from the control panel? How to check the program? I have my bread maker at the stage of fermentation, when the dough has already risen high enough, stirring is briefly turned on and the dough falls off. It seems that there was no such thing before. As if an extra step appeared in the program. I'm not sure about that though. Previously, everything was without problems and did not particularly look closely at the work. How can I check this? Maybe someone has a diagram or experience in such repairs. Tell me please.
Rem
Because of interest, I previously tried to find a scheme for my own with search engines on the Internet. Or information about the microprocessor. Information and very few, no one wants to give their bread. I think the processor does not provide firmware. Even if it were otherwise, everything is very specific, you need to know how to write or change a program for the stove. Conclusion - so far it's easier to contact a service center or buy or get in and see yourself.
Rem
As a small tip:
forum.
vb- and more on processor sites.
sergey_zhyvylo
The service center is good, but it's good if the center is specialized and they know this model, but it is not very common. Much has been written about the work of post-Soviet services, but most of them are complaints and misunderstandings. If possible, tell me the addresses in the Dnipropetrovsk region or in the nearest regions. It may be possible to get at least a consultation.
And one more thing: is there any reading material on the device of iron and programs of bread makers?
I would like to read the materiel before climbing inside

Delonghi BDM 1250 owners! Please respond!
I want to chat about comparing machine operations when baking bread. I described my problems above, but I have not been able to solve them yet.
sergey_zhyvylo
Sorry, the model of the bread maker is incorrect.

Yet this is a rare material so far. Exit one-registration on sites for the repair of household appliances and then you can ask a question. I have come across materials on LG bread makers. But maybe they will tell you about others. Search engine and type "LG Bread Maker Repair Manual".

Good time to all!

We bought a DeLonghi BDM 1200 S x / p today, in the store they chose between it and the Panasonic 254, the seller brought two arguments as decisive - a window and two paddles for kneading, they decided. The husband is only confused by the "appearance" - the body somehow does not look very high quality. Therefore, the first point I want to ask the respected owners of similar models - is it the same for you?
There are a couple of typos in the manual, and in comparison with the manual for the 125S model posted here on the site, ours is losing a lot - both in the quality of translation and in the number of recipes (in ours - two main ones, and in 125 - 12), there is no description of programs with duration of modes. In this connection, question number 2: is it possible with our model to be guided by recipes and schemes of programs 125 S?
Another question arose already during the first baking process. They baked, of course, a cake (wonderful "Very tasty from Elena Bo") wonderful - by smell, we will evaluate the taste tomorrow So - despite the warning in the instructions to put the crust on "light", the machine did not allow to select the crust at all - that is, to the appropriate button I press, and the reactions are zero. In the store, the seller demonstrated, on the main program (No. 1) you could choose the crust. Kulich baked on the program "sweet bread" - №4. Maybe there is light by default? Can anyone comment? And, by the way, the crust is not very light, quite a pleasant crispy crust
As a result, two blades gave a not very even "roof" - maybe it was necessary to correct it in the "kolobok" stage?

Thanks a lot in advance for your tips and answers! Happy Easter everyone!

Russia is silent, does not give an answer!
and the service is silent. nobody is answering.
lonely mastering the stove. I use recipes for basic bread for 125 S. - it seems to be working out well.

ks372
dashusha, Do not you worry! They will tell you everything! In the meantime, I can say that you can safely use the table for modes to the instruction 125 model (in accordance with the modes). The rest needs to be thought out logically - if the surface of the dough piece is uneven after kneading, then it is better to correct it (for aesthetics, this does not affect the taste) Otherwise, you can use the recipes that are here - they are verified and almost always give a good result. You will succeed!
lesik_l
dashusha You can safely use the available recipes on the site by selecting suitable weight and mode for your stove. I recommend starting with Admin master classes on mixing a kolobok https://Mcooker-enn.tomathouse.com/index.php@option=com_smf&board=131.0... When you master wheat bread, go to rye, then you can think about sourdough. Any recipe can be discussed, people on the forum are friendly to newbie questions. Good luck in mastering the bread maker. I hope my advice will help you.
dashusha
Thank you so much! I am slowly understanding. I write down the programs according to which I bake - they differ slightly from 125 S, literally by minutes. tried to bake yeast-free bread according to the recipe for 125 S - Grain bread, it turned out to be, to put it mildly, not a very heavy piece of baked dough. Has anyone baked yeast-free bread from these recipes? Is it what it should be? It's just that I'm thinking - what else can he be, if there is no yeast, no sourdough, not even soda - how can he rise?
Thanks for the advice, I want to bake with sourdough for a long time, but while they are wrong with me, I’ll go to study

Dear owners of DeLonghi BDM 1200 S, please respond!
I downloaded the instructions from various sources for this model, all as one resemble the instructions for the seven hundredth models, even the picture does not show 1200. And I really want to know:
- what programs does the 1200 model have,
- how does it differ from all the other Delongeques,
- what can and what not,
- are there any problems or nuances with her?

Help me please. I did not find the information either on the forum or on the Internet intelligible
BlackAlex
who uses - tell me how it is with the crust? ten also from below? How is the coating of the bucket? Persistent or as in the 125th?
