Ingredients

Wheat flour 3/4 Art.
Sugar 3/4 Art.
Butter 75 g
Egg whites 3 pcs.
Chocolate 50 g

Cooking method

  • Line a baking sheet with parchment.
  • Melt the butter.
  • Melt the chocolate separately.
  • Sift flour.
  • Beat egg whites until firm peaks, gradually adding sugar.
  • Whisking on low speed, add flour and melted butter.
  • The dough should turn out like thick sour cream. On the parchment, I drew circles with a diameter of 10 cm - 4 pieces. With a small spoon, spread the dough in the center of the circle and spread it thinly and thinly (do not be afraid to spread it thinly, since the dough still rises a little in the oven). Bake for 3-4 minutes with the airflow on and remove the portion as soon as a ruddy border appears on the edges. Roll very quickly into tubes and place on a wire rack to cool. I used a wooden peeler handle to roll it into a tube. The tubules become crispy as they cool. The author suggests greasing the tubes with chocolate before baking. It didn't work out for me - the chocolate was spreading in the oven. I drew stripes on the finished cookies.
