Cupcake with jam

Category: Bakery products

Ingredients

Wheat flour 300 g
Kefir 150-200 g
Sugar 100 g
Baking margarine
(pre-melt,
I am heating margarine in the microwave)
100-125 g
Egg 1 PC.
Vanilla sugar 1 pack.
Baking powder 1 pack.
Jam
(I have apricot)
2 tbsp. l.
Raisins

Cooking method

  • Mix everything quickly, but do not knead until smooth. Put in a mold and in the oven for 40-45 minutes. Check readiness with a stick (you can use a toothpick, I check with a barbecue stick, it is long enough and you can pierce it to the middle, which is undoubtedly more convenient). If the stick comes out dry, then the cake is ready. Put the cake on a plate and sprinkle with powdered sugar.
  • The cupcake turns out to be very fragrant.
  • This recipe is generally universal. I baked without jam. I replaced kefir with yogurt, sour cream, cottage cheese (liquid - dietary). I baked both with 2 eggs, and without them at all (with eggs it turns out more fluffy, without eggs more crumbly and with a crispy crust). Raisins can be replaced with dried apricots or nuts, you can put them all at once, or not at all.

Cooking program:

Heat the oven to 200g. Grease the pan with margarine.

Note

Cupcake with jam (if it, jam, must be disposed of urgently)

And I didn't bake it, ay-ay-ay ... What is the magic word? Baking in a flat form, did not work. It smelled so delicious!

Maybe you should have held more? Time is approximate, everyone has different shapes and plates. You need to try with a stick, if it comes out dry, then it's ready. Wet, hold it still.
I have a form with a hole inside, it bakes faster in it.

I think this baking powder let me down. I will try again.

Thanks for the recipe, the cupcake turned out. Indeed, it was the baking powder. Several times already baked - the family (and I have a large one) loudly approved, which does not always happen, again because it is large

(y) delicious and easy cupcake! however, I baked 6 small cupcakes in a silicone mold, therefore, the time must be reduced, otherwise they burned a little from the bottom, baked for 25 minutes, the second time in 15 minutes I will look ... and I gave cherry jam, it sour added color - it turned out honey

I baked this muffin today. Baked with apple jam and candied fruits. After 65 minutes it was damp, I added another 20 minutes. Well, very tasty. Thanks Elena Bo.

Elena Bo, has long been familiar with this wonderful site, even registered, but under a different name. Due to her "computer cretinism" she is deprived of many lovely little things like remembering a lost password, or changing a name. And most importantly and funny, I can't figure out how to open a new topic. And I really want to share with the forum users a recipe for an absolutely amazing holiday cake. "Sorry to contact you, we are not local people ..." You can definitely help me, because it seems you can do everything. Teach you what buttons to press, maybe I don't see something. Sincerely. Thank you in advance.

Thanks for the recipe. It turned out very quickly and very lush cupcake. But for some reason it was ready for me in 35 minutes. It's good that I stood beside him, though I did it in the microwave on the Convection mode.

Elena Bo, thanks for the recipe! It's not even cupcakes, it's some kind of fluff! So tender and airy, they are torn, fantastic! Fortunately, I got a kitchen scale and followed the recipe strictly. Thank you!

We now sell baking powder in such huge bags ... I would like to know how much according to the recipe in grams
Anka_DL
Typically, in a small bag, 8-15 g of baking powder. I would take 10 g
