Beef kufta (Cuckoo 1054)

Ingredients

Meat (any, I have veal today) 1 kg
The water is cold 250 ml
Salt 1 st. l.
Egg 1 PC
Starch 1 st. l.
Powdered milk 1 tsp
Bulb onions 1 PC
Ghee butter for watering kyufta

Cooking method

  • 1. Grind the meat, then beat the minced meat until a homogeneous elastic mass, add water and salt in the process, add an egg, starch, you can dry milk.
  • 2. Mix well and beat for 5-8 minutes, I beat with a blender.
  • 3. Cut the onion into small cubes, rubbed with Burner.
  • Form balls of minced meat with wet hands, the size of a large apple and place them in the cuckoo's bowl. Select the "Multi Cook" mode 120 degrees, 8 minutes.
  • Cut the finished kyufta into slices, pour generously with melted butter and serve hot.
  • I really liked this version of the kyufta. I really didn't water it with oil, A lot of broth was formed in the cuckoo, so I poured it on them. Served with potatoes from AG.
  • Beef kufta (Cuckoo 1054)

Note

Today I decided to make a kyufta in Kukushka. Usually I do by boiling these same kyuftinki in a pot of water, but today I decided to try it for the first time in a cuckoo.
My men are happy

Delicious! I will do more. But the bottom was slightly fried ...: - \ Tanyulya, did you have that?
Tanyulya
No, I haven't fried it, on the contrary, a lot of broth was melted. In general, I cook kyufta in water with the lid open, like in a saucepan on the Oven program.
This option (without water) is more of course reminiscent of something in between cutlets, kyufta and large meatballs stewed in their own juice. But mine is exactly the consistency of the minced meat, so I beat it and knead it until it is suuper tender.
I am glad that the recipe came in handy, you can add a little water or broth next time, so as not to fry a little water or broth.

Tanyulya, my broth also stood out, but still fried ... (maybe the temperature in Kuku is higher than the programmed temperature?)
But the taste was not affected. My husband checked it out.
From the remaining minced meat I made meatballs in lecho. Vkusnoooo. Thank you!

These are potatoes, cut by Burner and baked in the AG.
