Well, since they sent me to this topic, boom here to express myself. It appears that my purely Korean joy - Cuckoo CRP-HLT1013FP - is good for me. Like this:

🔗

Well, she's healthy! Almost the entire table is occupied. Of the visible differences from 1054 - the inner saucepan with XWall Marble - all in medium-sized yellow drisochki, very smooth to the touch and hard to damage (well, if you set a goal, nothing will stand against skillful handles). Outside, everything is chewy and shiny, they say titanium, for greater durability, let's see. It is impossible to take a picture of her separately, because she is always busy with something

I already gave the list of modes in another Temka, it is as follows:
Plain rice
Rice for sushi
Mix of rice with cereals
Gaba brown
Old rice
Porridge (rice on water, default)
Chicken soup
Frying (rice for rice tea)
Rice tea
Cake
Universal mode
Steam cleaning

The modes highlighted in black are adjustable. Moreover, as is similar to 1054, and an additional option. I explain. When you select them, you can set 2 parameters - the duration of the "soaking phase" and the duration of the "heating phase". The Koreans described in detail that with an increase in the first, the product becomes softer and sticky, and the second - more fried and tasty. I suspect that this is exactly what is called the setting of time and temperature in 1054. Separately, you can adjust the heating power in all variable modes at once, four gradations. Turbo mode is only available on the regular rice program. So I suspect that it was from him that they made a "double boiler". Here, too, you can use it this way by pouring water and placing the steaming tray. Maybe someone wants to check the reverse match?

Empirically checked the "Last year's rice" regime. It seems to correspond to "Stew". There is no pressure on it and the liquid hardly evaporates. Therefore, my vegetable stew with two glasses of water "floated". I will not add water next time.
The biggest and most annoying discrepancy lay in wait on the "Multipovar". The temperature is not regulated. Moreover, even the most popular and most recent models operate on the same principle. It looks like the very exclusive, only in a version adapted for Russia. Well, at this point the comrade distributors undoubtedly thought of everything very correctly and successfully. However, the Spaniards decided to be even cooler; in Robochef, in all variable modes, the temperature is set to within a degree. I will continue to compare, and a little later I will post a tried and tested recipe. If there are those who want to see it, of course

Deyrdre, Thank you. Yes, this is not a version of Kukushka adapted for Russia, it is a purely Korean version. Therefore, the modes may differ. How do you like the saucepan? What kind of dusting inside? And I don't see the lid .... what kind of steam is there, tell me? Good luck in mastering a new, good thing.
mellissa
hello, well, I registered here too. Yesterday I tried to cook the pastries again, well, she does not give me rest !!! However, for simplicity, I took a purchased cake mix, added milk and butter according to the recipe. I put it all on a multi-cooker for 60 minutes, because the package with the mixture had an inscription to bake for 50-60 minutes. after baked, it stood for a little more on the heating, because I just forgot about it. As a result, everything was baked, but rose very slightly. Mine were eaten and approved.I don’t know, did I do something wrong again, or just didn’t rise because there was a ready-made mixture? Do you remember when I told you about the first time, I was just cooking on cake mode. I liked him less.
mellissa
Listen, I want to cook pilaf today. What mode would you do it and for how long?

It's my pleasure . The differences seem to be noticeable only on a multi-cooker, but I haven’t mastered Gaba-brown yet, maybe there will also be nuances. The XWall Marble coating, presumably Peek-polymer, promises that it is wonderfully durable in the second pan photo. Steam release - soft valve, detachable from 3 parts, in my opinion they are all the same. Oh yes, even the upper fold is detachable for washing.
Kira-mellissa, hello (Listen, can I use my name? I am Tanya) If it didn't work out very well on the cake, I would try not to close the cake completely on it (or on a multi-cook) or screw the counterweight on the valve so that no extra pressure is created and it would grow itself unhindered. In general, you provoked me on this topic, I'll try to try it tonight.
Pilaf, I think, on the "just rice" (first) mode will be best. It is possible and on the third, but it turned out a little blurry for me. And the time there itself will be adjusted in the best possible way, since it works when there is no water left. If you want firefighters, raise the second option to 4x, and the first option is polyphee.
mellissa
Tanya, of course, you can by name, though my name is Masha.
In general, I cooked pilaf in 3 mode, and although I set the maximum heat, it still turned out to be a little messy, as you predicted. Next time I'll try it first. the truth is, my husband ate it with pleasure, said that he liked this one more, but I love it when rice to rice.
Deyrdre
Well, now we met
With pilaf, therefore, now each family member will have his own regime. I'm on the trail too. once I will do the first.
I was honored with a charlotte. With a screwed-on weight It seems to have worked out as always, except for the upper crust, it rose well. Mash, I posted the recipe, you look, if you want, to identify the differences in the process
mellissa
In general, I looked at the recipe, the difference is that I did not screw the weight together and I did it less in time. Next time I'll try how you cook.
Yesterday I made stewed mushrooms with potatoes. It turned out very tasty. At first, my husband was skeptical about the multicooker, saying that I bought myself another toy. And yesterday I even got interested, asked what else she could do.
I first brought fresh mushrooms to a boil on the stove, then drained the water. washed and put in a slow cooker, added chopped onion, a little vegetable oil and water. I put it all on the frying mode (well, riji so it seems.). I set soak to 0 heat to 3. I stewed all this for about 40 minutes, until all the water boiled away, the mushrooms even fried a little, but nothing burned. then I added the chopped potatoes. some water and set the multi-cooker for 15 minutes. It turned out very tasty. though it was probably possible to set for 10 minutes. (The modes can not remember what they are called in any way. I feel that I misinterpreted the name, but I cannot remember correctly.)

Cuckoo ROBOCHEF CMC-HE1051F
And Cuckoo CMC-HE1054F
almost identical saucepans and the temperature is adjustable to a degree
Deyrdre
sazalexter I already looked at the robochef, on your tip. The Spanish instructions state that when setting any adjustable mode, exact degrees are shown. In Russian, it seems, except for Multipovar, all the others show 1,2,3,4.
And the model, the pepper is clear, the same Looks like the Koreans have one modified in reserve, for foreigners Or maybe the Spaniards have joined the Electroflot conveyor for free
In any case, the inquisitive business brain set the same price at 600 euros, so I will hardly see the physical prototype when I see it in person

Eh, mushrooms, yes with potatoes. Try something with champignons ... I suppose there will be one disorder. Can you expose them as a separate recipe? (I’ll lick my lips at least) And husbands rarely have love for kitchen appliances. Mine will soon return from a business trip - oh what will happen to me.
Frying is 누룽지 - nurung-ji (well, kuka pronounces it like that) I learned Hangul for them, only I get confused all the same, every time I check with the "correspondence sheet".

Deyrdre Here, and they say that any cookie sold in Europe and Korea is easily translated through the menu into Russian That is not true?
Who says? Korean Cookies are all ONLY in Korean. They don’t care about pugs, Korea is for Koreans. True, saving 75% is a strong argument. But, as I have already found out, they are not completely identical. A multi-cook without changing the temperature, with slow cook, is also not entirely clear. The rest of the matches can already be laid out.
European (to be honest, until recently I only knew about American-Canadian, the robochef had just cut through) with several languages, but Russian is not among them, since the aim is on the locals. Or by agreement with the manufacturer, so that distributors in other countries do not interfere. In any case, what is the benefit? The price is crazy one way or another, plus shipping, minus the guarantee. In our country, however, competition is planned in this segment, already 4 manufacturers (that is, a reseller) are butting. But the price is not reduced, bad people, everyone has a standard of 600 euros. Although the models are getting better and better, and that is bread. And then they started with a cheap LiHome, practically not adapted (in Korea it was a red price - 70 euros), all for the same 600. That was an attraction "amazing arrogance"

It's not me, that's all sazalexter ... He pointed out their page 🔗 ... In the store, they, as usual, are not sold, only through the Internet. The office is new, what will happen to them next (in terms of guarantees, etc.) is unknown
But if your daughter does not need only this cookie and no other, then there are proven and inexpensive alternatives:
1. Fusion cook 🔗 - for 149 euros with a bunch of extra buns, including a steel saucepan, or for 112 without anything through the forum. If my adventure with the cuckoo had failed, I would have taken it.
2. Olla GM D 🔗 - for the same 149 euros, with two saucepans too.
Both of them have been on the market for a long time and their service is highly praised by the people. Can your daughter take one of these for a sample? Well, in order to understand for herself - does she need such a device in principle. And if later you want to do Kuku, the second saucepan will not be superfluous (you keep 2 cuckoos with great pleasure)
zvezda
Thanks for the answer!!! But these are just pressure cookers, and I just wanted the Cuckoo. I saw there for 239 euros, but it's not about .... so far I took Brand to her.
Deyrdre
Why simply, they are electrical and programmable (Sobsno difference in the presence of Fussy logic in rice modes, they can do the rest) Now on the way is a new Cocimix model for 200 euros, which will be presented with an "eco-friendly" ceramic saucepan. They promise super properties. But such a queue has already lined up behind her that, just some unhealthy shocking.Although, if there is already Brand, then there is probably no need to fuss
mellissa
Yesterday I made jellied meat according to this recipe. https://Mcooker-enn.tomathouse.com/index.php@option=com_smf&topic=81488.0 I want to say thank you very much. Everything worked out great. True, I only cooked pork. First, I put it on a multi-cooker for 90 minutes, and then stood on the heating for another 1.5 hours. The only thing I was tortured then was to catch it all out of the saucepan, the meat completely moved away from the bones. Today in the morning they have already eaten, no worse than usual when you cook on the stove for a long time. I fed my mother, she just didn’t believe that jellied meat could be prepared so quickly and without too much hassle. In general, I can't get enough of my cuckoo.
Deyrdre
Mash, you are a fine fellow, I will try it soon, just the tail is lying around. Tomorrow I will try to lay out milk porridges (they are amazingly obtained in the "Chuk" mode)
Deyrdre
Life made adjustments - I had to cook the tail with lentils. For 80 minutes on a multibove, the lentils were boiled into splashes (and the potatoes are quite intact). I will experiment further.
Tanyulya
Lentils are boiled in 15 minutes on the Multipovar, and already for 80 ... it's a bit too much
mellissa
I haven't written anything for a long time. still very happy with her multicooker.
For me, the most demanded modes were frying and multi-cook.
With the rest, it still does not work. I just don't know what to adapt them for. Just recently I stewed a rabbit on a multi-cooker - it turned out very tasty. I keep going around baking, but I don't risk it yet.
I really like to fry in a slow cooker, and I like that it itself regulates the degree of heating. I have fried chicken legs several times. I just rubbed them with salt and spices, a little oil and put them in a slow cooker. fried with the lid open. to control the process. The main thing is that it is not necessary to stand over her, she just periodically approached and looked. Cooking is faster than in a skillet. In the process, I turned it over several times, it will turn out very tasty. Then she fried buckwheat in the melted fat and put it on the multi-cook mode for 15 minutes. The result is a crumbly porridge. The most delicious thing I discovered after a few hours (all this time the buckwheat stood on the heating). I didn't eat such delicious buckwheat.
Tanyulya
mellissa, it's great that the device makes you happy, my family also loves cuckoo buckwheat and potatoes, and in general, the dishes there turn out to be tastier. Good luck to you.

Induction rice cookers do not have any problems when operating from 50Hz. It’s not me that clever, it’s the programmers at "Russian Korea" who enlightened me. There are electronic converters from AC to DC, and they have a range of possible input error of 10Hz with interest.Mine, in any case, has been working for a year without problems, even the clock is running for sure. Of course, no instructions other than purely Korean were attached to it, however, I once posted a website with English instructions, I can't remember now, but I think you can find it after digging around.
there is an English instruction, but in the cuckoo all the inscriptions are in Korean, I can't figure out the modes in any way, although thanks to this post I already know that neryungzhi is frying ... this is already a great progress
my observations are as follows:
1.백미 - regular rice
2.김초밥 - rice for sushi
3.잡곡 - other cereals (such as lentils, buckwheat, corn)
4. 헌미 발아 - sprouted brown rice (famous gaba brown), the program includes a fermentation phase, can be used for low slow cook.
5.묵은 쌀 - last year's rice, well, in the sense of overdried
6. 영양 죽 - milk porridge
7. 상계 탕 - broth (in theory chicken, but beef shanks are boiled with a bang)
8.누룽지 - frying (rice for rice tea)
9.숭늉 - rice tea (don't know how to use)
10.케익 pastries
11. 만능 찜 - multi-cook
12.스팀 세척 steam cleaning

During long-term operation, the following features were found that strained in my case:
1. Kukuha, of course, is very beautiful, but it has a lot of details and details that have to be washed after each use. In my model, at least 9. Some of them (valve) are very curly, you can't crawl into all corners. The drip tray is very narrow, you have to wipe it off with cotton swabs and a special toothbrush - infuriates
2. A lot of silicone seals, some of them are not removable. With fear I expect that in a year or two they will begin to fall apart (there is nothing to change ...)
3. The regime I use most is chicken broth, if not funny. In it, according to an incomprehensible pattern, liquid sometimes pours through the valve. It happens that you pour above the upper risk - and nothing, but it happens that you can't even fill up to 8, and it spits and fills the entire tabletop ... Nerves.
4. For soups, the volume is still too small. After throwing out the vegetables and bones, there remains a liter and a half of broth, you have to cook more hard and dilute with water ...
Something like that.
murza
Thanks for the answer!
As a result, I bought a slow cooker Dashing. Although I would say that this is a pressure cooker after all. And I wanted to tell you that on Ebay, where Cuckoos are sold, you can separately order pads for them (it costs 20 bucks + 5 shipping)) 🔗... So don't worry, these silicone seals are easy to replace. And I completely agree with you, almost the only programs that are in demand are frying and multi-cook. Another ingeniously tasty porridge is obtained for gab-brown, but for us it is buckwheat. In the proportion of 1 measuring cup per liter of water. ))))))))))))))))

There's no reason Leech and Cook are direct competitors. Do you have an induction model? Otherwise, they have a very different set of functions depending on the price range. My all the same is more likely a multicooker

Thanks for the link . Unfortunately, in addition to the largest seal, there are a dozen smaller ones, one of which is an integral part of the valve. So I timidly hope for its durability (in a loud whisper: and in Korea, do not change the rice cooker for more than 5 years)

But what do I like about it - a bowl, even with an ax, and a pleasant color ... I like to cook everything fresh at once ...she has no problems with this - everything is fast and most importantly delicious! I doubted that it would be delicious in a pressure cooker, but no, really tasty, very fresh so. there is only one gasket, there is no gasket in the valve, there is still an internal valve, water is poured there, for steam from the top. I also got used to cooking without pressure, I just fix the valve to the side ......... sometimes I need to fry, for example, without removing water from the product)))))) or when you boil a lot of water quickly, this position helps not to spray water when bleeding pressure ............ or boiling under pressure.

Yes, really impressive. On this one, I probably would not remember all the buttons either. It's good that there are no extra gaskets - a long-term unit But Cook has a counterweight on the screw valve, you can not fix it, but remove it, and there will be no pressure

I look here you can ask for help. I only have a pressure cooker in English. That's it 🔗 I understand it will be easier to learn, but still.
I have modes, I have identified some of them, perhaps not correctly:
- Glutinous Rice glutinous rice, regular
- Normal Rice Sushi Rice
- Mixed Rice (mixed rice)
- GABA (rice GABA)
- Dried Rice (old rice)
- Turbo Glutinous Rice (TURBO glutinous rice)
- Nu rung ji (fried rice, frying)
- Porridge (?)
- chicken coap (chicken broth)
- sung nyung ()
But I just can't figure out what can be cooked with them. What is the mode for milk porridge? Which one to stew? How to fry potatoes? Baking? And how to correlate the modes with the Russian-speaking mulet 1054?

I, too, is not the same and not the same as yours, but I can say that
Porridge is just porridge, I make buckwheat on it with a water ratio of 2 to 1, it comes out great, the cooking time is about an hour.
Frying can be done on Nu rung ji with the lid open.
But in general, basically everything is cooked on a multi-cooker (aka Multi Cook, aka 만능 찜) because the duration is manually set there.
But for some reason you don't see it on the list, maybe it's just the mysterious sung nyung that is
But it is easy to find out, on a multi-cook, the choice of the cooking duration should be available after selecting a program.
a-b-c1985
Oh thanks, did you accidentally cook milk porridge on porridge? And why I didn’t indicate the cartoon, of course I have it.
And what else can I do to help, my observations, after all I've read, that Nu Rung Ji is the oven. User "Karolina7" prepares bread, charlotte, muffins on it, having previously unscrewed the valve so that there is no pressure and runs the program 2 times.

Oh thanks, did you accidentally cook milk porridge on porridge?
I have not tried it myself, but I saw in discussions that this mode makes porridge from cereals on the water well. Or you can milk + water, but milk should be no more than 50%.

And purely dairy products are cooked on CMC-HE1054F in the "Multipovar" mode for 30 minutes, 90-95 degrees. But the temperature cannot be made higher, since at 100 degrees.the milk boils and pours out from under the cuckoo's lid.
Well, if your temperature is not regulated, then I don't know how then

or
buy an analogue of 1054, but at 110v, but the buttons are in English and can be identified.

I personally preferred the version with the "Korean literacy", translated it in Google, typing a lot with my hands from the virtual keyboard + I looked at the TOTAL on the site - now everything is clear, but in the first days there was a trance that I would NEVER be able to understand it. Good people, help!
I want to order a multicooker on e-bay for a long time already (I don't live in Russia, so I can't even dream of Cookies in "Russian" version ...)
I am afraid that it is cheaper and easier - the model is from Korea, the five are 220 V.
But I'm so afraid that I won't be able to master Korean. I tried to type something on the virtual keyboard - I laughed at myself

Yes, of course we will help,

This is not a spaceship

just remember the meaning of several buttons and that's it
